One other thing.
This problem did start happening the day after I tried to download KO player.
When I clicked the download button on their website it didn’t work. It Kept on redirecting me to sketchy pages. Tried to get me download something called MessengerNow and someother program instead of the emulator.
So I gave up on that and didn’t download anything, but the next day is when the problem started occurring.
I’ve scanned my computer with malware bytes and it didn’t find any threats but I’m thinking maybe it’s related.

mmm... that runner is banned though. Pppoker doesn't want you running that many tables from their poker client. 99.9% sure this is the problem.

If you run an emulator, with just the catcher, you can run infinite tables.

When the problem started happening on 9/24 the only software i was using was PPPcard catcher, Ignition card catcher, PT4 and table tamer.

I have never used an emulator. I tried to download KO player on 9/23 (day before crashes started) but I gave up because their website was taking me to very sketchy links.

I started using PPPoker Runner on 9/29 after a friend recommended it.

I will try playing without using TT or PPPoker Runner today to see if it still happens since when i played without TT before i was using the Runner.

Edit - Just realized i havent been using the most recent version of PPPoker Catcher. Thought i was up to date. My mistake. Going to update that as well.

Yeah, the problem was you didn't have the latest version of the catcher, and TT was on their app block list. So if you loaded the poker client w/ TT up, it would stop your account.

Once you use the latest version, you should be fine.

TT is not blocked on PPPoker. I have had a banned software app error when using HUDs and loading PPPoker, but that didn't happen when I just checked. BTW HUDs are banned on PPPoker.

It was in the banned software list which included a ton of software (this list was hidden and encrypted). If they removed it, then great.

Now i am getting the 'Prohibited 3rd party software has been detected' message'. It happens when I use PPPoker only with the catcher. Also happens if I open up PT4 by itself with the catcher.

RIP the huds and hand grabber imo they are starting to ban accounts using them with no notice. Good luck explaining that to the clubs once you are banned

Where did you hear that ^?

You have to have the catcher loaded up first, then any of your other software and poker client. Try it that way with the latest version and you'll be fine.

And the above about accounts is not true. If we have any reports of that happening, we will obviously let people know.

I'll have HM2 open, ignition catcher open, ignition open and my 4 iggy tables all running before I open pp. but as soon as I try to sit at a pp table I get the prohibited 3rd party software.

Correct. And this is because HM2 is flagged. You have to have the pppoker catcher running before you open pppoker. Otherwise you will get that message.

I don't get it, though... what good is the catcher if you can't run it with HM2? I did that for months. Now I need to buy PokerTracker or DriveHUD?

I'm not sure we're on the same page here. You said you're running the ignition card catcher. Are you running the pppoker card catcher?

My point is, if you're not running the pppoker catcher, it will flag nearly any 3rd party poker app, even equity calculators. Not sure why they did this, but again, if you run the pppoker catcher before you have the poker client open, it won't flag anything. Currently PT and HM are both flagged.

I was in a club and used the pp catcher for months. the games dried up so I ended my subscription. said club recently joined a union so I tried to put in some volume again and I was getting the prohibited message, now I understand why. I will get my pp catcher renewed. thanks again!

Yeah, no worries. You won't have an issue if you use the catcher. You just need to make sure you have it loaded up first.

Apologies if this has been addressed before.

My HUD is only showing on 1 table on the desktop version. When i scroll to my other 1-2 tables the HUD stays the same. Any solutions for this?

Are you remembering to start the catcher before all the clients?

Yes, it works fine on the first table, but after I click the "+" and have a second table open (within the same window). No hud shows.

You need to use an emulator to run multiple instances.We don't support multiple tables in ppp within the same instance. You have to have a new account for every table.
