Yes it supports PLO5. You need to make sure you update to the latest version and have the latest card catcher.

im having trouble with the card catcher. sometimes its not catching hands or it stops midway during a session, especially with all in hands. sometime they dont appear in my HEM

What version of the catcher are you using please? The best thing to do is to send a log to support, because without actual info it's very difficult to offer any assistance.

I don't know what emulator you're using, or if you're using one, or VPN, version, etc...

Yes, the program auto updates all major releases. Beta releases are posted and need to be manually downloaded and installed.

If I’m using the PPPoker desktop client playing with different accounts at the same time will I be able to link the HUD to both accounts?

Yes, you just need to create an alias in your database.

My catcher specifically isn't capturing PLO5 hands now on PPPoker. It doesn't recognize that the PL05 table is up at all. I'm using it with Pokertracker4. It is capturing normal PLO and NL just fine. It used to capture PLO5, but with only the first 4 cards showing up in the PT4 database.

Is this a known recent problem or is this specific to me? I'm running PPPoker Card Catcher v.1.0.18.214

PLO5 support was added for Drivehud and pppoker, so I believe it's trying to import those as the complete hand, 5 cards and PT doesn't have support for that. The developers are going to put an option for this in the next update.

Hey, so for my last 3 sessions about 20 minutes in all 3 of my pppoker tables get shut down.
The screen will turn all black for one second, then the tables will become all blacked out for a few seconds before shutting down.
If i re open my tables it hasnt happend again.
This only happens to PPPoker, no other applications running including Bovada tables.
Im assuming it has something to do with 3rd party software since no one in the PPPoker thread ever mentioned anything like this.
Software I am running is PPPoker card catcher, PT4, Table Tamer, and Ignition card catcher.

Would you like me to send logs or do you believe it is something other than PPPoker card catcher causing this?

It's very likely TT and the card catcher running together that is causing the problem.

Make sure you have the latest pppoker catcher. It's pasted a couple of messages above this. Try just running the catcher and the site and let me know how that goes. You shouldn't have any problems. TT doesn't seem to work well with some of our apps.

I don't know your exact setup, but a lot of our customers do this successfully. So I'd say yes. There is a 7 day trial that you can check it out and make sure it works ok for you.

The PPP HUD is not working for Heads Up hands on a 6 max table, its either not catching the hands during the session or PPP is coming up with a message saying it's detecting third party software

What software are you running besides the catcher and the poker client?

I'd send a log in to support by clicking settings on the pppoker catcher. That doesn't make much sense that it would randomly start saying that, but send in a log and we can check for you.

I've been playing without table tamer and it still happens every session.
Really sucks, been kicked off at some very bad times this week.

If you can help at all I would appreciate it.

Click on settings in the catcher, create a log and send that to support. I don't know if there's something we can do, but hopefully the log will have some clues. I haven't heard of it happening either, but sometimes you never know. It can be an emulator setting or something. We'll take a look.

I wasn't using an emulator when the problem starting happening.
For the last 3 days i have been using free trial of PPPoker Runner, but thats not what it is causing it since it started happening before.
