Most likely the catcher didn't initialize the driver in time before you loaded a table. Maybe load and let it sit a minute. We can check your log though too. Can you click on settings in the catcher, and click create log. Send that .zip file to support please. I haven't heard or seen that issue, so they'd need to see your log to know what's going on. ty.

This happens to me all the time too and i don't use an emulator.
Started happening about a week ago.

Can you send a log to support? Click on settings, create log and send the .zip. I've just seen this happen when it doesn't initialize fast enough before you load your next table.

• Fixed the issue when message that table was opened before catcher showed up even if table was opened correctly

Yeah, they should already work. There's no setting for hm3, but they should work ok. Are you having an issue w/ one?

We haven't heard of any issues like that. Typically either it's an emulator issue, and it won't work at all and you need to set permissions, or it will work on all tables. PM me your email and I can look up your ticket to see what support did.

Hi, just made an account to ask this question. I play mostly in pppoker and found this product by one of your adds in Facebook and since 2+2 is the most active poker forum by google search I asked here.

I just want to ask if using this is legal and I wont have problem with the app. It looks neat being able to track your hands other than what the software gives by default which is not much.

Never used a 3rd party app before so I would like to ask if it would be easy for me to set this up.

Thanks for your time and any info you give would be really helpful.
