Hm renewed my pppoker hud license after it expired. Got confirmation about payment and my license code yet still getting the "your code expired,please renew message"

So it has been already more than 2 days. Renewed my HUD code cause it expired but I am getting the info that your code expired despite getting the email with the confirmation about my payment and renewal.

Oh and send email to support and wrote here so great support guys.

You don't renew your license for this product. You get a new code. Which, after payment is complete, you're taken to a screen with your code. I have a feeling you're emailing sales, and not support. Support is very responsive. If you're still having an issue, PM me your email and I will look into it for you.

Hello,

you guys need to fix when table names have special characters on them.

My HUD on HM2 doesn't work. It shows "Waiting for hands" status all the time.

The title of the table is this - *12-60*

Yes. 1 license is good on up to 2 systems.

It can handle as much as your computer can handle. I have i3 processor but run more than 3 no problem

Hello, and how do you open more than 3 accounts? The desktop program only allows you to open 3, with another converter you could open up to 5 ..

But I'm trying this and apparently I can not open more than 3.

without emulator, I talk about the windows program that by default only lets open a maximum of 3 accounts .. But there is another converter that increases the number of tables to 5 .. I wanted to know if this also did it, but I see that no ... if you could add that option it would be great

I'll talk with development, but most people use emulators when they want to run that many at once.

Hello,
I was having an issue with ppp card catcher where the HUD will mess up how many hands I have on a player.

I was emailing support about this, and they told me to send logs and they would look into it. This was about a month ago and I have still not heard back..

I’ve emailed them twice since then, most recently two days ago, to check what’s going on but still nothing.

If it’s something your unable to fix at the moment I understand, it still works well enough that I think it is worth the $, but it is frustrating to be completely ignored by support.

There is a bug that started recently with PPPoker catcher. I start it first and then load emulators and Hm but when opening table I am still getting can't load the HUD you need to open catcher first then emulator etc. etc. But thats just what I am doing. Sometimes closing all and repeating the process for 2-3 times helps and it starts working
