Yes I'm 100 % positive unless installing the latest version and returning to the former one somehow fvcked my system.

Because maybe you have it installed, but you're still running the latest version? < What do you mean by this? Like the former and latest versions are installed in my system? (I think not the image I sent came from just opening 1 shortcut)

Correct, meaning you have both versions installed, and you're launching the new one. Send a log to support, it will be easier to diagnose. Click on settings in the catcher, click create log and send that .zip file to support. We'll be able to better tell what's going on from there.

ive tried updating to ver 36 (multi not supported), seems to be working fine again. However if i do encounter it again at least ill know what to do now and follow the instructions given. Thanks again for the support

I have a question about my license.. I purchased 2 license before you changed your license policy, one is about to expire and in a few days i will be using the second license. will the expiration follow the new or old policy? (e.g ppppoker pro license will turn to a 3 months license?)

We didn't change the license policy, we added a 3 month, and regions limit restrictions. So if you download the latest version, your license will apply without restrictions now, and if you pm me I can have support add another month on your license that wasn't activated.

The ppp card catcher no longer works, its been broken for a full month now. When I use it with HEM2, it is buggy af and gets stuck on "waiting for hands" on the HUD and doesn't capture any hands, except for a few occasional big hands that it would randomly capture. This problem extends to both HU and 6 max tables. The version I'm refering to is v.1.0.31.251. Is this a problem with holdem manager 2 or the card catcher?

Hi, I downloaded the trial version of your program and I have hand2note. I see in your page that it is compatible but when I install the catcher and ask me to select the type of database with I will use it dont appear hand2note, only drivehub, hm3 and pt4. Can you explain me how I can I configure it?. Thanks.

Hi, I downloaded the trial version for run my PT4 HUD on PPP via bluestack emulator
I get the hand on my PT4 and I can detect the active table.
But still dont have the HUD on my table
Miss I do something for run the HUD ?

The problem is the AHC don't work for PPPoker
And PPPoker don't work anymore on LDplayer. There is the message about unsafe environment

Hi, I havent renewed my cardcatcher lately, been busy with work.

I was wondering though, can you still multitable with different accounts without resorting to emulators?

(noticed that only the MULTI version is the only available installer now in their site)

You can run pppoker w/ ldplayer if you have the catcher loaded up first. You won't get that message.
