Something else that you're running is causing that, not the catcher. I'd reboot. Make sure the catcher is loaded first and then your poker client. You should never get that message, and we have no reports of that happening in support.
You can contact support, and let them know your setup and what software you're running and they can further assist if you're still having an issue.
