I don't know why you'd be incentivized, and I didn't even imply that, so it's an odd comment. What I said is that your statement is not correct. You made a blanket statement saying that it wasn't working with any product, which made it sound like this was just fact.
If you instead said, It's not working for me right now and I've tried this this and this. That's a totally different statement. Do you not see the difference in those statements?
If you're having an issue, then we're more than willing to help. I literally just asked my lead developer again, who knows all of the issues the various developers are working on if we had any reported pppoker issues, and he said and I quote, "None. Why is someone reporting one?". I asked support yesterday and they said none, and I'll ask again today.
Edit: My lead dev said he got an advanced tix he forgot about, 13hours ago about a corrupted WinpCap, and he told them to re-install it. The log said some other program was installed and corrupted it. I've not seen anything else in weeks that anyone has elevated to me, and by all customer accounts it's running great. Maybe you're having the same issue as this friend of yours. But regardless, support can help whatever it is.
