I don't know why you'd be incentivized, and I didn't even imply that, so it's an odd comment. What I said is that your statement is not correct. You made a blanket statement saying that it wasn't working with any product, which made it sound like this was just fact.

If you instead said, It's not working for me right now and I've tried this this and this. That's a totally different statement. Do you not see the difference in those statements?

If you're having an issue, then we're more than willing to help. I literally just asked my lead developer again, who knows all of the issues the various developers are working on if we had any reported pppoker issues, and he said and I quote, "None. Why is someone reporting one?". I asked support yesterday and they said none, and I'll ask again today.

Edit: My lead dev said he got an advanced tix he forgot about, 13hours ago about a corrupted WinpCap, and he told them to re-install it. The log said some other program was installed and corrupted it. I've not seen anything else in weeks that anyone has elevated to me, and by all customer accounts it's running great. Maybe you're having the same issue as this friend of yours. But regardless, support can help whatever it is.

PPPoker catcher captures 6+. I know h2n supports it. Pt4 does not still the last I checked.

The catcher just misses hands, I lost 3 buyins and on DH it says i only lost 1 and 1/2 pretty annoying. Happens everytime

I've never heard of anyone 'just missing hands'. I've had one report several weeks back, but no logs. Are you having any disconnect issues? Send a log to support by clicking on settings in the catcher, and click create log. Send the .zip file to support so they can check what your issue is. You should never be missing any hands.

I know you've been having lots of issues with your setup, so maybe something else is going on w/ your system also. Either way, support will be able to check and verify for you.

Hi Freak. When i make an alias for my pppoker ,will that also merge the data of all the opponents i played with? I mean, when I play with players on my first account and i played him on my different account, will his data be merged or will the player have different stats on each of my player ID?

If you only mean your opponents, then it will all be the same and merged.

I am having an issue where i get the message about the card catcher having to be loaded prior to opening pppoker tables when I am certain i am doing that.

Sometimes ill open one table fine, take a seat, open another table and that message will occur.

It never happens to all the tables im playing. Usually if im playing 5 tables only one or 2 will get that message and consequently HUD wont work on that table.

This has happened to me occasionally in the past, but just closing and reopening the table would always fix it so I never said anything. But seems to be happening more frequently now and im unable to fix it by closing and reopening so its more of a problem.

Yeah, interesting. I spoke to development and they said they need to see logs. I wonder if this still has something to do w/ an old pppoker install causing conflict. The logs should say for sure. If you click on settings in pppoker catcher, and then click create log, send the .zip file to support and I will have someone look into it. ty.

FreakDaddy, does PPPoker Hud Catcher already supports multi tabling in emulators? Like in PokerBros when you switch from table 1 to table 2 it switches stats . Using PPPokerHudCatcher right now when I transfer to table 2 it still sticsk to table 1 hudstats

Yes, latest version supports multi-table. If you're having an issue, then you probably just need to update to the latest build posted in this thread.

I am using an emulator (Bluestacks) to run pppoker as the desktop version doesn’t allow 3rd party software (a message comes on when I try to join a table).

I went through the manual and the troubleshooting guide.

PPpoker Cardcatcher catches hand histories and it shows on my Pokertracker.
However, the HUD doesn’t come on.


The version of the Pokertracker is 4.15.23.


On the other hand, Asian hand converter, which is also another of your software, worked on Pokerbros without a glitch.

Is there anything else I should try?

1) You have to have pppoker catcher loaded first before your poker client or you'll get that message.

2) Pppoker catcher doesn't work w/ bluestacks. It works w/ Ldplayer and Nox only.

How do i set preferred seating? I have to position the HUD everytime i open a new table. It works but i was wondering if there is an easier way to do this.

There's no preferred seating. But if your HUd is out of position you need to open up one table, position the HUD over the correct players, save your new HUD position, and then open up more tables. It will load over the correct players from that point forward.

If I use H2N, I don't have to change any settings in the PPPoker Card Catcher right? It doesn't say anything in your online manual.

I believe it works best w/ the HM database setting in that case. I don't think it says hm / h2n setting in the latest builds. I don't have it on this system atm, but I believe if it's set to that you'll be good. The person that would know this for sure just left for the weekend.

I've tried all combinations here using HM2 and HM3 / IPoker and Asian Poker Clubs as Output format. None of these still showing the HUD on my H2N.

Do you have an idea if I need to sitdown for the HUD to work?

I haven't been able to play last few weeks, but, since I've started back up again this is happening daily. From personal experience, it seems to most often be happening when there's an all in and call during the hand. I'll try and record a log and send it over to you for inspection FD.

Sorry, I missed this. Can you send a log to support please? Click on settings, click create log. Send the .zip file to support. I'm guessing it has something to do w/ plo all-in. I'm going to have someone try and replicate it.

Ipoker format should work, but I haven't personally looked at the latest h2n. It will work while you observe tables. You don't need to sit.
