You need to update to the latest version of the catcher. You can scroll up and download or use the one below.

Which is what version number?

What other software are you running? It will work with HM2/PT, and Drivehud. There are some software they banned, which there's no way around.

I’m not home now so can’t check the number but positive it’s the same # as the post a few above.
Clicked your link in the last post for the hell of it and it said I’m running the newest version of the software.

I’m running Pp card catcher, ignition card catcher, PT4, and table tamer

Where are the raw hand histories?

I opened Ace Poker Solutions > PPPoker Card Catcher > HandHistories and there's not much hands in the folder.

If you're using Drivehud, they story internally. You can just right click on any session to export them. If you're using another database, your database is auto archiving them. So you need to know what your archive location is for your DB.

If you're using another database other than drivehud, then it's going to be stored in your database archive folder. You can just pull it from there and periodically backup this folder. If you're using drivehud, then you can just export any of the sessions or all of the hands pretty easily by right clicking on the session and selecting export.

Hello. I just started using PPpoker card catcher and I'm having an issue with multitabling. Every time i join a table from a 2nd account, one table automatically closes when I have pt4 and PP card catcher on. Doesn't happen when I'm not running pt4 and cardcatcher.
