Which information do you mean?

Since start we have released 76 updates, alone in 2016 there were 36 updates, where many many wishes by the users are fullfilled. The history of the updates and the relase notes can be viewed under [Help / Show news].

Can you please explain what you mean with "to remember stored ranges". Which ranges do you mean?

Sorry for the even slower reaction to your post - sadly I have no excuse.

Suppose I have saved a bunch of hand ranges
e.g BB 3bet v nitty btn, BTN 3bet v fish EP open etc etc in the stored range section.

It would be cool if you could then select a bunch of these hand ranges which you want to get tested on.

On a tab you would be presented with a 13x13 table of all the card combos, and you are asked to fill in the range for a randomly selected range, you enter then, hit enter, and it tells you if you were right or not.

It means, that the application is visualised fine at any DPI setting of your operating system. More and more user are using high resolution monitors with a high DPI setting.
F. e. the card selection dialog:
100% = 96 DPI:

125% = 120 DPI:

150% = 144 DPI:

200% = 192 DPI:

.. and btw ... Version 1.10.13.0 is out now.

Hand range calculator:
At the request of some users, now you can calculate only by winning percentages (instead of standard winnning + tie percentages):

Board Manager:
You can add multiple boards via text input:

I didn't bother reading that before I went in and bought it, sorry. I put my serial number in as my machine code. Hope that's ok.

I've been having some issues with slowness, takes about 10 seconds to open the hand range window specifically. Has anyone else experienced this? I do not have this problem in regular equilab.

Hi WhipAss,

first time that we hear of it ... hmmm
Maybe try to reinstall it?

Can you please send the files from your settings directory
c:\Users\<name>\AppData\Local\Equilab\*.ini
to support@power-equilab.com. We will investigate it.

Re: Power-Equilab

If I wanted equity calculations for a large number of boards or every strategically different board, is there a way to do this without entering each board manually? I need this so I can start sorting boards so I know which boards are better for my range and which aren't. Ideally this could be exported to excel or something

Could you add a feature in the future where you can generate a combinatoric csv report of a inputted range's distribution across a subset of flops.?

This is exactly what the Power-Equilab already supports.
Please take a look to the manual: http://www.power-equilab.com/Manual/...#_Toc478638175

... or please give me a deeper explaination of "combinatory csv report".

thx and best regards, nopi

Re: Power-Equilab

If you input a preflop range and a flop you can look at your starting distribution through Equiilab. What I though would be cool was if you could export that information to excel. Furthermore, you could generate a report that would give your starting hand distribution across a subset of flops you designate in a readable report.

Re: Power-Equilab

Hi,

either I misunderstand something in your suit selection, or it is a bug ... say, I want to selct offsuit heart hands of a certain range. Here in this example, I chose only one offsuit hand, which is AQo. Say I have the range selected already, such as here:

Now I go on suit selection, and select all combos with a heart in it. Then I click on the hands in my range that I want to change (only AQo in this example):

The combos that are left now are only those which do not have a heart in them - namely AdQs, AdQc, AsQd, AsQc, AcQd, AcQs, when in reality what I want is AdQh, AhQd, AhQs, AhQc, AsQh, AcQh

If, before the suit selection, the hands in question is not selected already, it does work. But usually, when I go from a preflop range to a flop and want to change the suit selection based on the flop, the hands of which I want to change the suits will be selected, i.e. they are in the range. Your suit selection seems to work as one would expect only for hands not in the range.

Do I have to un-select those hands in the range, then do the suit selection? That would not make sense, so it seems like a bug ...?!

Re: Power-Equilab

Hey - I'm having an issues with the 'flop hand strength distribution' tab.

I have this range: TT,88-44,22,9h9s,9h9c,9s9c,3d3h,3d3s,3h3s,JTs,T8s,87s,76 s,65s,54s,KdQd,KhQh,AdJd,AhJh,AsJs,KdJd,KhJh,KcJc, QdJd,QhJh,QsJs,AdTd,AhTh,AsTs,KdTd,KhTh,KcTc,QdTd, QhTh,QsTs,Ah9h,As9s,Jh9h,Js9s,Jc9c,Th9h,Ts9s,Tc9c, 9h8h,9s8s,9c8c,AdQh,AdQs,AhQd,AhQs,AsQd,AsQh,AdJh, AdJs,AdJc,AhJd,AhJs,AhJc,AsJd,AsJh,AsJc,KdQh,KdQs, KhQd,KhQs,KcQd,KcQh,KcQs

I have used a grouping option for the following range: 3d3h, 3d3s, 3h3s, JTs, KdQd, KhQh, AdJd, AhJh, AsJs, KdJd, KhJh, KcJc, QdJd, QhJh, QsJs, AdTd, AhTh, AsTs, KdTd, KhTh, KcTc, QdTd, QhTh, QsTs, Jh9h, Js9s, Jc9c, Th9h, Ts9s, Tc9c, Tc8c, 9c8c, 8c7c, 7c6c, 6c5c, 5c4c, AdQh, AdQs, AhQd, AhQs, AsQd, AsQh, AdJh, AdJs, AdJc, AhJd, AhJs, AhJc, AsJd, AsJh, AsJc, KdQh, KdQs, KhQd, KhQs, KcQd, KcQh, KcQs

Now when I go to the flop strength distribution and hover over top pairs (with the entire range selected) it doesn't seem to work properly - its seems like having used the grouping option messes things up for this tab

Re: Power-Equilab

My antivirus is detecting a virus in the latest download at http://www.power-equilab.com/index.php/freedownload.
Version 1.10.18.0 is not being flagged though.

What's going on with this?

Hi Smoothmover,

this is definitley a false detection (by probably Windows Defender, right?).
Alternatively you can download a mirror of the installed directory (http://www.power-equilab.com/download/Application.zip)
Just download and unzip it to your installation folder (mostly "c:\Program Files (x86)\Power-Equilab").

Hi Blunderer,

i'm not sure, if i understand it correct. Do you mean the highlighting (in light green) of combos while hovering the mouse over the small information mark?
For me it seems ok ...

Hi +VLFBERH+T,

you're right, this is a little bit weired.

This is based on history, the background is the following: If a combo is selected and you click on it, then the combo should be deselected. Unfortunately the same happens if you select only selected suits.

Because of different cases of selecting (direct click, moving the mouse, subgroups etc.), i have to think deeper about it. But i'm pretty sure to find a good solution.
