Version 1.9.6.0 is out now.

In the handrange selection window, now you can calculate the equities for the parent range and every subrange in grouped ranges to get a brief overview of the equities of all subranges. It no longer necessary to take the range to the mainwindow and calculate every subrange individually.

Just click the button "Evaluate" and the equities will be calculated:

It works up to 16 groups:

It works against up to 9 villain ranges:

It works with given streets to calculate:

Of course, it works all together: Nested ranges, weighted ranges, multiple ranges, boad cards, dead cards, given street:

One feature that I'd really like to see is similar to what Flopzilla has - the ability to change the board cards (flop, turn, river) all while keeping the hand strength distribution window open. It is SUCH a pain to close the box and re-open it just to pick new board cards - it's tedious. With Flopzilla I can just keep clicking the "random" button (or pick the cards myself) when I want to see % hit on particular boards. It's super quick and I can cover so many different boards. I wish you guys had this ability...

Version 1.9.7.0 is out now.

Now the "Handstrength distribution and handrange reduction"-window is implemented as a nonmodal window. You can change the board/dead-cards in the mainwindow and the content of the handstrength-window will be adjusted accordingly. If you like to take a changed range to the handstrength-window, you only have to click the pie-button again.

In order to compare ranges, you can open for every input field in the mainwindow one handstrength-window.

This works up to ten ranges.

Hi Nopi,

How hard it is to implement multiple hand range windows ?
You can compare ranges that way, preflop, postflop, utilize space and save a bit of time in some cases.

I had let my subscription expire for a few months, came back today and purchased the $8.95 for 2 months option, and then provided the wrong machine code when making the purchase I have since emailed support with the correct machine code and my corresponding purchase transaction ID # you provided me via email when I made the purchase earlier today.

If I supply someone here with the correct machine code and my transaction #, can they please activate my version of Power Equilab? Thanks.

Version 1.9.16.0 is out now.

Now, you can open multiple handrange selection windows. This is very usefull to compare ranges.

Of course every board change in the mainwindow will affect the open handrange windows immediately.

The user can define a list of forbidden processes. Power-Equilab will terminate if one these processes are running while Power-equilab is open.
This is very usefull to protect your bankroll and to comply with the terms and conditions of some poker-rooms:

If Power-Equilab detects that one of the defined process is running, it will terminate within ten seconds.

Any plans in the making to create a Mac version of this program?

Version 1.9.17.0 is out now.

Power-Equilab now offers a pretty cool feature: Multiple flops equities.
This calculation takes a subset of flops and calculates for every flop the correspondingly equity.
Power-Equilab offers seven subsets of flops (from 12 strategically distinct flops up to all 1755 strategically distinct flops).
It is not necessary to calculate all 22100 flops, it is enough to calculate in the most accurate case the 1755 strategically distinct flops (F. e. AdAhAs is equivalent to AdAhAc etc.).

If you have entered at least two ranges in the mainwindow, the new feature "Multiple flops equities" is available:

The ranges will be taken from the mainwindow and you can choose heros range:

You can choose between seven subsets of strategically distinct flops:

Also so you can choose to which street the calculation should be done:

A double progress-bar gives feedback:

Of course , you can sort every column in both directions. This is very usefull to indicate the best and the worst flop:

To run the calculation f. e. "only to the flop" is usefull, if you like to find out how often you are ahead at the flop (f. e. to place an appropriate protection bet):

Of couse, this new feature works with up to ten ranges:

You can save the results in order to rework the results with other spreadsheet tools:

I really like this feature. One small question though. Is it possible to define and save my own subsets of flops? I can see that subsets are saved in file called MultipleFlopsEquities.ini. Is this file safe to edit?

Actually, it is not designed to edit his file .... but you can
You have to be a litte bit carefull, but the syntax should be simple enough.

Thanks I've bought PEQ license about a month ago (partly due to the aforementioned feature) and so far, I'm more than satisfied. The program is really great.

Hi zero22,

which data do you mean?

You can save and restore all scenarios, all your created handranges, your private playability profiles, your own handrankings etc.
An automatic history of all calculated scenarios is available.
All setting, window positons etc. are saved automatically.

Quick question - is it possible from the 'hand strength distribution' to take a modified range to a group in the 'hand range selection' page.

I know I can copy and paste the ranges, but this would be a bit slicker

No, not for now.
You have to copy and paste it by text.

I'm having a problem with the pre-defined ranges, whenever I use them it crashes the programme. Any ideas how to solve this?

Another question

I start with a given range.

I create a group (Group 1) based the best 50% equity against villain range on the flop

Then turn comes - how do I create a group based on best 50% equity based on Group 1, rather than the entire starting range?

The idea being that Group 1 is my hands on the flop

Group 2 is on the turn.

At the moment the only way I can do this means that Group 2 overwrites hands that were in Group 1.
