Is the roving hero Amt BB stat debugged when used in a hero only group? Not on my PC to check the latest beta release x.12 I'm afraid.

I recently got the beta and can't figure out why its not importing zoom hands/the hud isnt working. It imported all the hands from SNGs today, but none of the hands from cash, and the HUD didn't work. In the site configuration I have zoom hud enabled, memory grabber enabled, and grab hands from site while playing.

The the PokerTracker world our Beta versions are still in development or undergoing regression testing, generally our Beta releases are safe to use for testing and research. We waited to knock out the majority of the bugs before releasing the public beta.

We have not announced pricing yet, that will not be announced until the week or so before we go on sale.

will it be possible to hide graph & results from all reports?

Adding a tooltip to a button goes against standard UI design rules, so I don't think it is something we will be adding. But if enough people request a change, then we can look into changing the button itself to make the usage more obvious.

Yes, this is a known graphical change that needs to be made, we have been focused on fixing major bugs recently but this should be fixed shortly. Thanks for the reminder!

The Hand Replayer can be skinned, the look of the replayer is just one of many that will eventually become available for PokerTracker 4. Each skin is determined by the designer, this also means you can change the skin on your own as discussed in the Theme Customization Guide - https://www.pokertracker.com/sites/f...ide_rev1.0.pdf

PokerTracker 4 imports HM2 and HEM hands directly from the database. Click Tools - > Setup Assistant. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Convert Holdem Manager Database. We do the rest! Warning - this can take a long time, so it might be best to perform overnight if your database is very large.

I am not in front to PT4 right now to confirm, but your issue was passed along to WhiteRider who will investigate.

Please update to the new Beta release that came out yesterday, this should fix your issues. Additionally please run PokerTracker 4 and PokerStars as an administrator, this should solve your issue.

PokerTracker 4 does not need to be visible while playing, therefore we do not need to include a system that hides results or graphs.

With that said, you can customize most reports yourself to remove win rate info by right-clicking the report you wish to change then select Configure Report.

Seem to have gone from having no trouble to everything going wrong in the newest beta. First luck adjusted winnings not being correct, then PT4 continually crashing (which is still happening), and now Zoom is being recorded as 'Zoom' - not differentiating from 6-max or 9-max.

Please open a support ticket or post in the forums on the PokerTracker where we'll be able to investigate your issues more directly.

I am a HEM2 User and i am very unhappy about this piece of software. I am unable to run HEM2, pokerstars, tableninja, google chrome, youtube and/or windows mediaplayer. I basically can only run stars, HEM2 and tableninja without lagging. Even when i am going through my DB(hem2) my computer starts to lag.

Now i am not sure of moving to pokertracker 4. I have invested a lot of time in making my hud with pop ups, at this point idk what to do tbf.

so my question for now is with my computer will i be able to run pokertracker 4 for smoothly(with stars, TJ, youtube, browsers and w/e) with my pc?

Im currently playing 3 zoom tabels and its difficult to do 3 actions while you are playing and new hands just appear very fast... I tryed with ahk script macro recorder but its not working

Yes, it sure does. Both the latest beta of PT3 and the beta of PT4 both work with Zoom, Hud and all.

Okay, I just got PT4 and it freezes every time I try to select a filter. For example I have played around 15 SNGs today and when I select "today" filter, it just starts thinking and gives me "not responding" message, nothing happens after that. I know it can be a case with really big databases, but mine isn't really that big (only about 3k SNGs).

Should I just create a new database?

We do not have the ability to assign keyboard macros like that I'm afraid.

Could you send us your PokerTracker4.log file? That way we can see if there is an error in the query that is causing this particular problem - we'll have a lot more information once we know what's going on there. You can find the file by click File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - after you have that open, cause the hang, then attach the PokerTracker4.log file from there to a support ticket on our site and we'll get back to you as to what is the best next step for you to take.

PT4 is not currently for sale - it is in a free beta period while we work out the last remaining issues before it goes on sale. If you purchase PT3 now, you will get the upgrade to PT4 for free. If you're starting fresh, given the differences between the program, I'd say you're better off starting with PT4 - that way you won't later feel the need to learn a whole new system - and there are plenty of new features in PT4 that PT3 does not (and never will) have.

Yes, it adjusts your tournament results when adjusted using ICM calculations. Please note that if you have mostly tournaments imported before the last beta or two you will need to run Auto Detect on them in order to get the ICM values into the database properly.

Our installer should pre-fill that for you and it should work with that data without any problems. Did PokerTracker 4 download and install PostgreSQL for you? (You should see that before you see any connection box.)

You can safely ignore that warning - we submit all files to the major anti-virus sites, but we moved things pretty quickly with Zoom so it's possible that updates are not everywhere yet.

We can currently only import HUD layouts from PT3 and PT4 in PT4.
