You can export some hands from the existing database or import from the original files in your 'Processed' folder.

Please enable logging, reproduce this and send us your log file so we can find out what's causing that. Thank you.

I am not currently aware of a site selling those. ProPokerHUDs did have a section with custom statistics for sale but that link isn't currently working on their site.

Selecting all your progressive bounty tournaments in 'More Filters -> Game Details -> Tournament Descriptions' and then NOT that filter.

Hello, is there a huge boost in performance if I use a high-speed SSD (pcie 4 nvme ssd) vs the regular one (sata 3 ssd)?

Ive been restoring my database for around 3 hrs now. I have ssd and 6 core processor. The backup size is 47gb. It's takinglonger than it should right? Or am i wrong? If so do you have any estimate how long this will finish? This is without processed hands

There should be a performance boost but it's not something I can quantify for you.

For us to support a Blitz HUD requires some changes by WPN themselves and unfortunately we have no control over that. If the necessary information is provided by WPN in a future client update then we can work on adding support.

The size of the actual backup file (the zipped/compressed file) is 47GB? That would mean the database being restored is far larger than that so I wouldn't expect that to be done in 3 hours.

How can I add a custom stat on a Mac?

"To import a custom stat go into PT4 and click File -> Import Statistic." - I've seen that but no File option on a Mac.

When the PokerTracker 4 window is active then the menu should be at the top of your monitor but if your Mac is in full screen mode you will not see it unless you move your mouse to the top of the screen at which point the menu bar should appear temporarily. When the menu is active there should also be a pair of diagonal arrows in the top right that are highlighted and if you click those arrows that should display the menu permanently when PokerTracker 4 is open.

I played a session on several tables today with pt4 running but the results from those sessions are not accurate (they don't match with what acr shows as +/- for those sessions). It seems like some hands are missing in those sessions causing the results to be skewed.
I have refreshed the sessions several times but they are still not reflecting accurately.
is it possible for hands to take a long time before uploading to pt4? i have also turned it off and on several times.

Do those hands exist in the files provided by ACR? You can verify if this is the case by opening them with Notepad. If the hands are missing then you should contact ACR about that but if they are there and PokerTracker 4 is not importing them then please send them to us in a Support Ticket.

I'm only able to have HUD on one table on iPoker (Speed). With mutiple tables open HUD shows only on one and if I close that one, HUD transfers to another open table. Any idea how to fix this so it's shown on all tables?

My Hand Display button shown on the HUD-activated table also isn't working and I need to open the PT4 window to find the hand and tag it. Can you please assist?

If you open multiple speed tables iPoker use the same table number which means that the PokerTracker 4 HUD can only attach to one of them. We have communicated this to iPoker and until they issue an update the speed HUD will only work correctly when a single table is open.

Is that when only one Speed table is open? Does this happen on other tables/sites? Please let us know in a Support Ticket along with a log file that's recorded the problem:

Is there a way to see a hole card heat map for specific scenarios in my database? For example have it show me hole cards for all players in the database for bb 3b button (when it has gone to showdown obv)?

Rob, currently my import configuration for 'Winning poker network' has one folder under downloads: /users/mac/Downloads/AmericasCardroom/handHistory. This directory has only 2 files in it!
There is another handHistory file though for acr on my mac:
/users/tony/AmericasCardroom/<screenname>/handHistory/

That directory has a large number of files in it. Not sure if they are being examined by PT4 if i dont have the directory specified in my 'Directories configuration' for ACR(wpn) under 'sites and import options.

Should i add this directory manually?
The thing is that most sessions are being reflected correctly in PT4 but some from the day I initially posted are not. The next day i also have a cash session
which is not correctly reflected.

You can view a heatmap for specific players in 'Statistics -> Report: Holdem Hand Range Visualizer' but it's not possible to analyse the cards for the entire population there. You can view the cards for the population in a list by creating an 'All Players' report in 'My Reports', removing the 'Player' stat and then adding 'Hole Cards' in its place. When that's done add a filter for NOT (Player is Hero) and any other filters you want and you'll see the overall population's range of hands shown down.

In the WPN client, click on 'Game Info -> View Hand History -> Options' and confirm where it is saving your hands - this is the folder PokerTracker 4 needs to be importing from. The default directory for ACR to save your hands is /users/tony/AmericasCardroom/<screenname>/handHistory/ so if that is where it is currently set in WPN then in your PokerTracker 4 WPN settings try 'Auto Detect' but if that doesn't find it then you can use 'Add' to manually select that directory. If you've manually changed WPN to save inside your Downloads/AmericasCardroom/handHistory folder then you can either change your settings back to default or run a manual import on the hands that are left in the other folder using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'.

There is a custom report that you can import from the Download Warehouse called 'All-In Equity under 51%'. The equities in the filter can be changed to whatever values you like - see the description for details.

In ACR the directory i get in 'options' under 'game info' ->'view hand history' is actually the one under downloads:
/Users/<mymac>/Downloads/AmericasCardroom/handHistory

It doesn't seem like any hands are being stored in this directory as it is now completely empty on my mac!

So i added manually the hands in:
/users/<mymac>/AmericasCardroom/<screenname>/handHistory/ through 'Get hands from disk' and i also added that folder as an import directory for WPN under 'sites and import options' in WPN.

The inaccurate sessions i had noticed though have not been corrected despite pt4 importing thousands of hands when I did 'Get hands from Disk'.

Maybe now that i added the directory in pt4 i shouldn't see discrepancies ? It seems like some hands are missing from some of the sessions/tables. Some tables during the same period reflect the correct results in terms of +/-.
