If you are playing cash games then Microgaming do not provide full hand histories in hands when you have not contributed to the pot so we no longer support them however since this change doesn't apply to tournaments those hands will still import.

That's not possible but in a custom hand report you can click the 'Filters' link, select 'Add New Expression Filters' and then use this code to search for a specific hand number:

The single quotes are needed and you can search for additional hands at the same time by adding OR between each:

As someone who lives in your program, may I also suggest the following?

-Being able to change the font size in the report window
-Some sort of CTRL+V feature in the custom HUD profile editor (it's kinda burdensome to use without this feature)
-Is there a way to filter on Facing PF Action? I can sort on it but I don't see a way to actually filter on it

I've forwarded your feedback. With regards to the font size in your reports that cannot be changed although it can be influenced indirectly depending on your own Windows magnification settings but some windows may not look right at higher magnifications until it's fully supported. For the filter there is a 'Preflop Action Faced With Size' filter in 'Actions & Opportunities -> Preflop'. You can also specify the position of the first raiser, 3bettor e.t.c. in 'Hand Details -> Player Position -> Preflop' and the number of limpers in 'Hand Details -> Preflop Limping That Occurred'. You can also build custom expression filters using the aggressors and actors strings - see this post for more information on how they work.

I am trying to build custom hud pop-ups, but the background makes it very hard to read.




How can i get it to look like the pop ups that came built in?

If you select your popup in the HUD Profile Editor you can adjust the 'Background' slider towards solid and also change the background color.

If you select any of the built-in popups instead you can see exactly how they have been configured and you can duplicate them to give you a template for a new popup by exporting/reimporting via the disk icon (the one to the right of the 'Delete' button).

Quick question regarding leak finder..does the PT team update what it deems as winning stats used to define the statistical ranges on Leakfinder or are the ranges the same as when PT4 came out?

Those ranges were initially established using a wide range of winning players and they haven't changed. At this time I don't know whether there are plans to gather a new set of data for LeakTracker.

I want to filter for hands that went to river AND players in the pot still have chips behind on the river.

In other words, hands thats went to river without an all in prior to river.

Is there a way to do this?

The same thing happens on wpn with X bb bet hotkeys. This used to happen the last time jackpots was supported. A long time ago it used to work in jackpots. Itll type the number out in the betbox but it will just make the minimum raise. If you dont have it auto raise itll type it out but if you hit raise it will still be minimum. If I type it out manually it works.

advanced action buttons are same color as fold button so they are causing tables to be urgent when they are not as well(at least I think thats the problem???)

I just registered and installed PT4.
Registered for ignition hand grabber.
Restarted PT4
It now has the ignition hand grabber under PokerTracker 4+ menu
After about 30-60 seconds I get the error message

Unable to start App:
The 3rd Party app" could not be started. It has been disabled.

I have ran PT4 as administrator, rebooted laptop, uninstalled and reinstalled PT4 and turned off UAC/Windows security etc

I have already raised a ticket with PT and posted on the PT forum.

What else can I try?

There are a number of ways you can do this e.g. you can filter for having a river effective stack greater than zero in 'Hand Details -> Pot Size & Stack Depth -> River' or for taking at least one river action in 'Actions & Opportunities -> River -> River Action Sequence -> First River Action -> Any Action'.

Does PT4 ignition hand grabber support zone poker? can i see my win/loses in a live session or only works with saved hand history ?

A pre-release version with a fix is now available so to access that please open a Support Ticket.

The hand grabber only supports regular cash tables at the moment however Zone and tournament support are planned for future updates. If you want to be notified when Zone support is added then please open a Support Ticket.

so PT4 updated when I opened it fCor the new WPN software... It still isn't grabbing the hands, is there anything I need to do in order for the update to work? I tried "getting hand from disk" (C: -> BlackChipPoker -> handHistory) and that didn't work either.

We have just released PokerTracker v4.15.12 which adds initial support for the new Winning Poker Network and their new hand history format. Please download and install the latest PokerTracker v4.15.12 release via the link below:

The following are not yet supported and will be supported in a future update to PokerTracker:
1. Tournament detection is incomplete. There is very little information available for us to detect tournament types, buy-ins, winnings, etc. WPN are working on writing proper tournament summaries at which point complete tournament detection will be added.
2. No Blitz HUD. WPN's new fast fold games (Blitz) hand histories will import but no HUD will display. We are working with WPN for them to provide us with the necessary information so that we can display a Blitz HUD.

If you have the old Winning Poker Network configured in PokerTracker, the hand history folder has changed and it will need updated in PokerTracker to match. In PokerTracker go to Configure -> Site & Import Options. Select Winning Poker Network on the left hand side and then on the right-hand side click the ‘Auto Detect’ button and your new hand history directories will be detected.

Make sure that it says v4.15.12 in the title bar of PT4. If it doesn't, reboot your computer and run the installer again.
Be sure to follow the directions above to update the hand history folder.
If Auto Detect doesn't work you can check where WPN is saving hand histories by going to Game Info > View Hand History in the WPN lobby. In that window click the Options button and that will show you where your hand histories are being saved. If that is a different location to the one shown in your PT4 config window then add that location by clicking the Add button.

Tried everything suggested in above post. Still can't get PT to pull hands or display the HUD at all. Did today's ACR update mess it up?

How can I get the HUD stats to display over the correct players for the new ACR release? Also, when the stats go outside a table window, they get cut off.
