Are you using a third party software to grab/convert hands or our own integrated hand grabber? It it's the latter than I haven't seen any reports like this so please send a sample of your grabbed and downloaded hands to us in a Support Ticket with your log file:

I got an issue with the HUD, I play stacked, I noticed the HUD from other tables can take focus on current table. I tested it with only pokerstars and PT4 running without any other software.

What about when I analyze a betting line. Should a bet always be >0 for the bet to be successful? We don't take previous street into account?
I'm analyzing BvB bluff lines. Even if I win the hand 60% of the time (or lose and don't commit more money into the pot), it's still showing up as -22bb/100 negative result.
What about when I open to 2.2x preflop and cbet flop with air? Do I need >0 EV or > -220bb/100 EV?

Hi, FYI I sent you guys a ticket through the PT4 software. I keep having Ignition crash on me at least once a week (twice tonight) over the last 3 weeks pf playing 3x MTTs sessions per week. Wanna filter to see the hands where i folded to a river cbet in a non 3bet pot

You want to filter from the callers perspective.
Filter for "Called Preflop: Called 3Bet", add NOT to it. You might also wanna add NOT: "Called 4Bet" as well to exclude 4-bet pots.

Make sure both PokerTracker 4 and PokerStars are running as administrator.

PokerTracker 4 doesn't calculate the 'EV' of a specific line so when you add a filter for a situation your actual winrate is displayed and furthermore that's going to possibly include further actions. Also the preflop actions are separate so once the flop is dealt any money you've invested is now a part of the pot.

There is a 10MB limit on file size for attachments so if your log is larger you will need to zip/compress it and that should make it small enough.

That filter means YOU did not 3Bet so you will still see hands where villain 3Bets. If you want to filter for single raised pots only I suggest using 'Hand Details -> Maximum Preflop Raise That Occurred -> 2Bet'.

is there any way that PT4 automatically tags player with a certain colors depending on the stats, leaks they have?

That would be nice. DriveHUD has this feature although I don't really like the way it's implemented. Would love to see PT4 do it right.

No there isn't. If you would like to be automatically notified if this is added to PokerTracker 4 in a future update then you can open a Support Ticket however you should note that this kind of functionality is not permitted in the HUD on PokerStars.

Maybe it's just because I'm high but isn't this the wrong definition for floating?

"Percentage of the time that a player bets in position on the flop after calling an open raise from the preflop aggressor and the aggressor fails to continuation bet on the flop."

That is not the definition of "Floating" in PokerTracker 4 - specifically its the definition of the "Float Flop" statistic and there are other "Float" statistics in PokerTracker 4. A float in PokerTracker 4 is when the preflop aggressor is called which enables another player to retake the initiative by betting versus a missed continuation bet on the next street (provided they have the opportunity to do so).

The latest version of PokerTracker 4 (v4.15.9) handles the recent change to partypoker "Spin" tournaments and allows them to import properly:

Please note that this will not fix the tournaments already imported since the change. To correct those you will need to*purge*the single tournament with no tournament number, and purging this single tournament will remove all of the hands. After purging you can re-import the hand history files using 'Get Hands From Disk' on the 'Play Poker' tab.

You can disable the display of mucked cards in 'HUD -> Edit HUD Options -> General Settings'.

Can't get my hud to pop up in the correct position/layout on carbon? Any idea why I continually have to manually rearrage where the names/seats are?

PT4 work with zoom tables on Ignition? Just played a session...couldn't figure it out.

For your HUD positions are you using preferred seating? If so make sure that's setup correctly in PokerTracker 4 and Merge:

Note that if you use the preferred seating option, the stats at your table may not move to the correct positions until you have played your first hand at the table. If you still need to move the HUD after your first hand then you need to save the new positions by clicking the PT-icon and choosing "Save Layout" so the positions are remembered for any future tables you open.

Support for Zone tables in the Ignition Hand Grabber Beta is not available yet. If you want to be notified when it's been added please open a Support Ticket.

I went to Database>Export Hands>Advanced(select the games and stakes in that tab)>export hands

I've tried choosing many different directories to export but it seems to be not visible anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. Sorry to bother again.

This is filter for cbetting air BvB and not putting any more money into the pot afterwards. My bet sizing is typically 30-50% sometimes 75%.
Even with 48% Hands won, I'm not making profit? 33% bet would only have to work 25% of the time to show profit.
I open 3bb preflop. What's going on?
So if I cbet and get called, I check both turn and river and always fold to a bet.

Is there a way to automatically as some text to all the players we have written notes for on a given site/skin? I have notes on one ipoker skin which are obviously reliant to that username but now i am changing skin i need to be able to differentiate between which skin the note was written on

How often player folded when flop and turn was checked and faced river bet 2. How often player bet river when flop and turn were checked. Just going through the tutorials but it seems incredibly complicated, is there anyway to shortcut this process?
