(graphs in the links below)

I did the math and a run like this has a likelihood of 1 in >400 BILLIONS (lol)

I checked same HHs + same filters on HM2 and I got same exact absurd results. Is there something that I am missing? How could you guys possibly have the same bug on a specific filter?

I asked HM2 support as well and they think the calculations on the HM2 side are correct.
But they can't be. We are talking 10 sigma from the mean.
Can you please send this information to us in a Support Ticket with your hand history files - you can create a custom hand report, export the hands from there by selecting them all and then right-clicking -> Export Hand Histories. There is a 10MB limit on file size for attachments so if your export is larger than that you can zip/compress the file(s) and that should make it small enough to attach.

You can manually download hand history files from the Ignition client to your computer and import them into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk but I don't know if hands played on mobile devices appear there:

Other times the computer runs smooth and I'm afraid that it might be connected with PT4 since this has happened in few previous sessions I played and today I got this error message. I would really appreciate any suggestions, maybe it is possible to set up a session with an assistant. Thank you.
Locate and delete the postmaster.pid file if it is present (not "postmaster.opts" which may be there too). You can find that file in C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.3\data\ although you may have a different PostgreSQL version (e.g. 8.4, 9.0) or have it installed in C:\Program Files (x86). Once it's deleted, reboot and try starting PokerTracker 4 again.

I don't have a postmaster.pid file there and still cannot open PT4. Any other ideas and do you think it's possible that the computer lagging really hard sooner or later within the session is connected with PT4? Again, my PC is powerful and new, and it only happens while playing. I guess I'm now forced to have a session without HUD.

I have a .rar file with quick filters. How do I import these into PT4? When I extract the files and go to File>import filter they are not visible.

Thank you

I'm able to import the .pt4qf files I downloaded from PT4 website just fine. The ones I have in .rar file after I extract them are .filter files. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Click your Windows Start button then type the following command:

services.msc

and click on it when it appears. Do you see the PostgreSQL service in the list? Is it started, or can you start it? If the PostgreSQL service is listed but not starting then open the Event Viewer (in the same way - if you type 'event' after pressing your Windows Start button you should see it). In the top left section, expand "Windows Logs" and click on "Application". Do you see any recent errors in the top center section for PostgreSQL? If you do let us know what they say.

I don't see any .rar files in our Download Warehouse for quick filters so where is this .rar file from? Holdem Manager 2 uses .filter files but they are not compatible with PokerTracker 4.

Is there a way to have the reports-filter window be interdependent from the results-filter window? I go through hands to review based on the tournament type, situation type and have "all dates" selected but when i am playing poker i like to just have today's hands/filter on

This is what I get when I try to restart the disabled postreSQL https://gyazo.com/39f66c961378ac837d95212a30c83885

And these are some of the errors of trying to open PT4 I suppose

https://gyazo.com/054b8efc9336fc617cb55fe4319712ed

I now had 2 session HUDless and there is no lagging so I'm sure it had something to do with PT4 and hopefully I can resolve this issue ASAP with your help.

That's not possible but the 'Play Poker' section will only display hands from the current day.

If PostgreSQL has been disabled then it will not be able to start so right-click the PostgreSQL service, click 'Properties' and change the 'Startup type:' from 'Disabled' to 'Automatic'. Next try starting the PostgreSQL service again and if it starts OK you can try PokerTracker 4 again.

Yesterday there were no problems with PT4 and also the session went smooth. Today again I couldn't open it and had to go to properties and put "Automatic" for PostgresSQL. Will see if my computer froze again when playing. Any way for me to not have to manually change these settings? Thank you for helping me.

Something on your computer is changing that so make sure you have set exceptions for 'pg_ctl.exe' and 'postgres.exe' in your security software.

Yes, thank you, will do as soon as I'll get back to my hometown (travelling now, and no access to my DB). In the meanwhile, can't you just check on some other players' MTT database whether the stat is off as well or not? I'm pretty sure the problem must be on your side, as HM2 support already checked my HHs and said they are getting same results as I am.

We don't have direct access to any players database - it's stored locally and securely on each users computer. I am not seeing any other reports like this and with the limited number of hands I personally have I cannot reproduce your issue.

Are there going to be any restrictions after new PokerStars policy from March 1st regarding 3rd party software?

The only change I am aware of as far as PokerTracker 4 is concerned is that we will be blocking any custom stats, that are derivatives of board or hole cards, from appearing in HUDs on PokerStars.

Please make sure you are using the latest version of PokerTracker 4 (v4.15.8) and that your Hand Grabber version is v1.0.4 (PokerTracker+ > Ignition Hand Grabber > Status) but if you still have trouble with the HUD attaching to tables then report this to us in a Support Ticket with your log file:

Unfortunately that isn't possible.

If I want to see how many times someone 4bets after getting 3bet preflop, which stat am I supposed to use? I thought "4bet+ preflop after raising" was the right one, but yesterday I realized one of my opponents had "87% Fold to PF 3bet" and "15% 4bet+ preflop after raising", that doesnt add up.

Oh and which stats are "delayed cbet" and "fold to delayed cbet" on the turn?

You need to be using 'Fold to PF 3Bet After Raise' instead of 'Fold to PF 3Bet'.

They are available in the Download Warehouse.
