PokerTracker 4 doesn't track the information from the lobby so that's not possible.

There is a known issue with retrieving exchange rates for hands played after midnight UTC. If you want to be notified when a fix is available then please open a Support Ticket.

Microgaming no longer provide full hand histories in cash games when you have not contributed to the pot so we no longer support Microgaming cash games. Tournaments are still supported so if you play those you can find the hand history file for Microgaming here:

C:\Microgaming\Poker\{Site Name}\GameHistory.dat

Also please note that if you are using the new Microgaming software then as far as I am aware that version does not save hand histories at all so there is nothing for PokerTracker to import from but using the previous client should allow you to save your tournament hands locally until the new client is compulsory.

Hello, Is it possible on a future update to change the filtering of hands by stack size, in Hud options, with effective stack size? And perhaps adding more options on the drop down list

The stack size for the filtered hands does use effective stack sizes, but we can't do that for the player's current stack size because their effective stack isn't determined until their first action, and PT4 doesn't have that information (we only know the stacks at the end of the previous hand).
If you want to receive a notification if/when more stack size options are added, and add your support for the request, please open a Support Ticket.

Any word on when HUD will work on ACR MTTs again?

Are you playing on Mac? After a recent update ACR (WPN) tournament hand histories on Mac have a lot of missing information and until they fix that we can't attach the Hud.

If you have a problem on Windows please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on.

hello guys, been struggeling with my PT4 hud on partypoker for 2days now and i figured i would just ask here.
The problem is my pt4 hud doesnt show on my tournament tables on party. cash games works as it should tho. and in the PT4 app all my tournaments are shown on the active tables but the hud stars are blank. on PS it says "tournament default", and on party cash games it says "cash default". I hope u guys can understand my norwegian explaination. thx

Hi, I've got an issue with my reports.

If I create a new player report and save it, next time I open PT4 its gone.

I've also tried deleting preexisint reports, and the reappear next time I open PT4

I assume some file has become corrupted, how do I solve this please?

Hi, for some reason all of my MTT's report to PT4 as cash games and aren't separated by tournament at all. Is there any way I can fix this so i can look at hand histories from one tournament at a time, and also in the tournament section?

Please make sure you are using the latest version of PokerTracker 4. If you haven't then you should update PokerTracker 4, purge these hands and then reimport them. If the issue persists then please send us a sample of these hand history files to us in a Support Ticket.

888 has added PKO in their schedule while I find that I play an ever increasing number of PKOs on Pokerstars as well.

Is there anything you can do to track the amount gathered in bounties properly? Right now, AFAIK, PT4 treats PKO as regular bounties so it doesn't accurately track how much money you win off bounties. That problem becomes more astute when you win the tournament and you also win your half of the bounty as well.

I am using an old version of PT4, but I haven't seen that feature added in any of the recent new releases.

FWIW, I have also asked 888 to start adding PKO bounty information in their tournament summaries, so hopefully, pretty soon, they ll be offering that.

Support for PKOs was added when PokerTracker v4.15 was released so if you are running an older version you will need to update to take advantage of that.

I updated to the latest version and created a new database and I am still getting all of my tournament hands in the cash part of PT4, I will open a support ticket for this issue now, thanks.

To update past results those tournaments will need to be reimported which you can either do in a new database or by purging the affected tournaments from the existing database and then reimporting them.

Ok. I do want to say though that I am under the impression that when I reimport hands, I get different results, even though I am using the same version.

For example, yesterday, as an experiment I created a new database and imported results for just one day.


Then I compared the results of a PKO SNG I play often between the two. Sure enough the new database under the new version showed the correct amount of profit in the one SNG I had won. My old database didn't. So I went to the old database and edited the result just for the tournament that I won.


However, whereas my new database showed me with an overall profit of $5 for the 29 tournaments, my old one showed me with a profit of $52. Something is off there and I don't know what it is.



I am reticent of getting into the rabbit hole of calculating results accurately, but I have to admit, my OCD is triggered.

whats the easiest way to filter for SRPs in PT4? I'm clicking through "actions and opportunities -- preflop" and not seeing any options for this other than manually selecting all preflop action sequences that don't involve any 3betting.

You can filter for the maximum raise in a hand using 'Hand Details -> Maximum Preflop Raise That Occurred'.
