Can you please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to is in a Support Ticket so we can investigate that for you. I'd like some advice on how to create a report of filter that will help me understand the population trends of my database. For example, how frequently is the SB calling a 2B from CO or BTN RFI.

I'm sure this has been answered many times, but I'm very much trying to learn.

so composite notes now work in PT4, thanks!
One hopefuly last problem though. There is no "notecaddy popup" like in HM2. In HM2 you have your regular popup with stats and then you can attach NC popup to it, to which you can put NC notes. In PT4 its all together, so you put NC note next to regular stats. This causes several problems.

1.) It takes ridiculously long to set up the popup, because you have to slowly add the notes to new line in popup.
2.) NC notes can be set to have priority settings, so if you use 50 types of them in one place, they will always be in correct order. In PT4 the order is based on how you manually set them up in the HUD.
3.) The "note" popups are HUGE, taking just unnecesary amount of space. Example in image below:

What version of PT4 are you using where NC notes are working? My 4.15.4 for windows isn't working with NC.

Is this really a Notecaddy thing? It looks to me like NC is creating the right data, but PT4 just isn't implementing it in very user friendly way.
But I dont know what exactly is done by NC developer and what is done by PT4 developer. Anyway, hope it gets solved and I can move from slow HM2 to PT4 already.

NoteCaddy applies updates separately from PokerTracker 4 so if your notes are not working with the latest NoteCaddy version can you please report your problem to us in a Support Ticket with your log files:

Ok, I've sent all logs. Attached is a link to a picture of my problem. I've played today and yesterday and notetracker makes notes, Pokertracker hud works fine but I get zero notecaddy generated notes. This is just one example. I have nc notes for preflop, turn etc. this is a picture of just my river notes and nothing shows up. https://imgur.com/a/s7APzXX
Picture key -right is notetracker notes, top left is pokertracker hud notes, bottom left is NC notes. Graphs no longer show up for my NC notes. I've experienced this problem for just the last week when I updated my pokertracker, which I'm really regretting.

Adjusted equity is not calculated in situations like this or this but if that's not your problem please report that to us in a Support Ticket.

Can you please fix the PartyPoker import issues. It's been going for couple weeks now.. Starting to annoy me.

PT4 doesn't track PartyPoker Tournament tables.

I’m using windows 10. I’m playing on ignition. The HUD does not do equities. When I go to check a hand in game I can see the action but no equities show up.

Also the hands are not showing up when I finish a session on the graph or in stats. It says I have no hands played this month.

Note that EV works for NO hands and NO hands are showing up in my poker tracker itself

Hi is there any known fix for PT4 HUD issues with william hill multi entry tournys ? the stats just go everywhere any time I ( and others ) play the multiple entry tournys ... Meaning you can have the same tourny open upto 4 times at once .

Hello, observed hands at the 'HYDRA $0.10/$0.25 zoom table' on PokerStars aren't being processed by PT4. But on the '$0.05/$0.10 ALUDRA zoom table', observed hands are being processed as normal. How do I fix this? Thanks.

As per this post we have an alpha version of PokerTracker 4 which should resolve this issue and if you want to use that in the meantime and be notified when the next update is released then please open a Support Ticket. Alternatively you can try reverting to PokerTracker v4.15.3.

That's a known issue in the Ignition Beta so if you want to be automatically notified when that's resolved please open a Support Ticket and quote reference #6684.

PokerTracker 4 is only allowed to import up to 30 complimentary hands per session from observed tables on PokerStars but if that is not what's causing this then please report that to us in a Support Ticket with your log file:

Whenever I click "show notecaddy" now PT4 stops responding for several seconds and nothing happens. Can't get into notecaddy.
It allows me to "disable noteccady" after and when I enable it again, popup opens:
"An existing Notecaddy instance (process name: NoteCadyPT4 was detected. This instance wll shut down and should not have been launched!
Restarting PT4 or PC doesnt help.

I appreciate the response in regards to the Ignition HUD.

My issue is that there are 3rd party programs that run a hud and card catch. PT4 is IMO the gold standard to poker software. There should be no reason my PT4 can’t calculate equities in game and the hands don’t save so I can study after I play . It’s honestly unacceptable PT4 can’t perform to the level of some smaller 3rd party software. .

Ignition is prolly the largest US site. I feel more effort and attention should be into this as Beta has been out around a month with the same known issues. We should have these issues iron out and a MAC client as well. Against you guys are supposed to be the gold dtandard but this product is being out performed by people who I feel confident in assuming have a way smaller team and budget.

Again i love the product and have been a user since 2012. Just frustrated my PT4 can’t cperform at a level that I know is clearly technologically achievable

My results for today are backwards. My "Won" lets say is $20 and shows correctly, but my C Won shows as -20. BB/100 also tracks correctly. This problem has never happened until today, if I show results from this week for example it all tracks correctly except for today. I've made no adjustments to currency and the poker client hasn't updated. Even my rake for the session is negative and we don't have a problem with the rake being too low.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on here?

In PokerTracker 4 go to 'Configure -> Options', turn on the 'Logging Enabled' option and the next time this issue occurs during a session send us your 'PokerTracker4.log' file in a Support Ticket:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log

You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder. Can you also provide us with your IP address as displayed here so that we can look at your accesses to the currency conversion API.

In the meantime you can try setting rates again for past sessions via 'Database -> Currency'. Select all of the sessions/tournaments where the exchange rate was not retrieved properly and click the 'Set Rates' button and this will try to fetch the correct exchange rates for those sessions/tournaments. Note that you can select a range of rows by holding shift and clicking the start/end. You can also select multiple ones individually by holding CTRL (Command key on Mac) and selecting.
