Please elaborate, I'd like to understand what you mean when you say for a given player.

Are you getting your acronyms mixed up? If you purchase PT3 now, you will get PT4 for free. If you are willing to make the investment now, this will be the most cost effective option - prices will be changing once we release PT4.

Your wish is our command, this is already in the Beta of PokerTracker 4!

I mean if a player is weak when he donkbets flop I would like to color code the players flop donkbet% so I quickly are able to see in the HUD that this move is a sign of weakness of that particular player.

Also, A bet% if checked to by initial aggressor would be awesome as an inducable to check stat.

No not getting them confused. I have PTR3, I liked the HEM3 beta I just tried, but would consider not switching if there was a discount on the PTR4 for previous customers. A brand loyalty discount if you will.

I've heard the rumors about PT4 going public beta at least as early as 4th December. As an owner of PT3 I really feel left out, especially since from what I know you don't need to own PT3 to get into private beta. Any keys, pretty please?

PokerTracker 4 already includes manual color tagging in the mud, and you can assign color ranges for each stat you place in the HUD. Additionally we will be adding an automated Tagging system prior to release.

PS: the stat you requested is already in PT4

One of the applications you mentioned in both of your posts does not exist. I'll let others elaborate, I don't think it is our place to discuss that topic in a PokerTracker thread though.

All existing users of PokerTracker 3 who do not qualify for the free upgrade will be able to upgrade to PokerTracker 4 at a significant discount.

We gave away a few thousand beta keys, and then closed the beta temporarily. After getting feedback from the community, we decided it was best to keep the beta testing process to these initial users until we work out all the kinks. We are working on PokerStars ZOOM support right now, once our testers tell us we are in good shape then we will re-open the beta program to more users. We are positie this was the right decision to make, it will be for the best in the long run.

TT PT4 is amazing. I was a big fan of PT3 but i really like how easy it is to make your own HUD. Great Job all around.

3 small issues for me:

1) I would like PT4 to remember my filters when closing/opening PT4. I.e if I only want results from this month then I don't want to have to change this every time I open PT4.

2) When I double click a stake to see tagged "review" hands then it would be nice to see how many hands are in this filter. There is nothing to indicate how many hands are in these small filters.

3) Before the release of recent Beta I made a quick filter to review sessions. It was "Player is the hero in hand" and "Contributed 20bbs+ to the hand". However after the most recent release this filter now doesn't work properly. Without the filter I have lost 2 hands 100bbs+, once I put the filter on it only shows 1 hand losing 100bbs.

(1) Is planned.

(2) You should see this value at the bottom of the Hand report at the very bottom of the Hand # column.

(3) If you recreate this filter now does it work properly for you? There were a few filter fixes in this Beta.

Your report has been customised, that is why you don't see the hand count. Please right click the report, select Configure Report and select Restore to Default to return to the default report view, or you can just add back in the Hand # stat. This is what the report should look like when you have marked hands -




Of course it will, everything that our users care a lot about gets discussed in this thread!

HM1 had a very useful and underrated feature called the hand range tool which unlike PokerStove and all the others has flop turn and river tabs. If you add that to your equity calculator (at least for holdem) it would be a significant improvement.

PS. Your replies to posts regarding your competition are way too fair play. Before the launch of HM2 they had this quote on their home page "Holdem Manager blows away the current version of Poker Tracker" from an obscure blog comparing HM1 to PT2!

Our equity calculator for Holdem is complete, we do not intend to make any more changes at this time. We do have some additional tweaks planed for Omaha. The PokerTracker 4 equity calculator is one of the most powerful options available due to the built in opponent modeling solution and wildcards, and the ability to calculate the equity at a specific point in the hand. Additionally our Omaha hand range selection is cutting edge, we think it will change how people create ranges in the future.

PS: We have no control over how and/or what any of our competitors say; however, I can assure that we have no interest in tossing mud. Our policy is to always take the high road, just provide facts and let players make decisions for themselves.

I seem to be having a weird problem. I loaded up Pokertracker this morning.. haven't played yet and under 'view stats' tab then the player drop down list... for some reason the usernames and the site icons are all mixed up and no stats are now showing for most of the results (about 3 usernames out of the 20 or so are correct). Am I going to have to reimport everything?

I know this has been requested before but it seems to have no response.
PLEASE unlock the HUD by default, add an option to unlock it by default, or at least add an option to "right click and hold" to move the HUD panels.
This single feature is enough for me not to purchase the commercial version because i find the HUD unusable (when having more than 9 tables) at the smallest table size as it is now.

The majority of our users have requested that the HUD be locked by default to keep their table groups from accidentally sliding all over the screen, this is a very common problem for some users. We do not intend to change the locking functionality, it works best for most of our users. Did you know you can override the lock temporarily by holding down the control key?

This is a known intermittent issue in the new beta, we are looking into it. In the meantime delete the bad player name associations and add the players back in, this is a easy to do as a temporary fix.

Did you allow PokerTracker 4 to perform the mandatory update on all of your databases? The problem is caused by a change in our database structure that PokerTracker 4 expects to see, but did not occur in your database. Try creating a new database, that should solve the problem.

Actually its pretty minor, not that huge... this feature has been in PT4 since long before we started the beta. We have discussed the use of right clicking and the control key in PokerTracker 4 many times in this thread and even made a video explaining what the right click and control key options are, its the logical way to assure we meet the needs of all players at the same time. We wouldn't leave you hangining!
