Hi, is there a way to change the settings on my PT4 so that it doesn't start a new session if I sit out in a cash game for longer than 10 mins? (I think it's 10 mins, not sure)

Amount of times I sit out, get up to let the dog out, make a cup of tea/some food etc etc and then come back it starts a new session resets hands played to 0 which is a little confusing when trying to find hands later on.

If you're at the same table in the same seat PT4 will only treat it as a new session if there were no hands for 30 minutes. If you move seats then that triggers a new table session too (as your seat is part of the session information).

How do I make a certain HUD pop up only when I'm HU on any tournament type?

You can configure different Huds for different situations by going to Hud > Edit Hud Options > Profile Select. Select the 'T' tab for tournaments, set the filters you're interested in, and choose the profile you want to use for those tables.

My databases are getting quite big and as a result my SSD drive is getting quite full of mainly postgres sql files.

Am I able to move post postgres to my other drive which is non SSD but has huge storage space? Will it effect performance and I assume that I will have to change something in PT4 so that it now looks in the new place?

Little worried about messing it all up, so any advice on how to do this would be great.

HUD not showing in 888 after their update

There will be a performance hit moving PostgreSQL off your SSD and before you make any major changes I'd recommend backing up your existing data. To move your data to another drive you will either need to reinstall PostgreSQL or leave the existing PostgreSQL installed on the SSD and create a new tablespace for your data as described here.

Please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and depending on your Windows settings it will be a text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log'.

Does anyone know how I can get the following Custom HU Cash stats:

1. Fold to River Barrel after Delayed CBet
2. Double-Delayed CBet (River)
3. Fold to Double-Delayed CBet (River)

There aren't any built in stats for those but you could do that with custom statistics - this guide covers the basics on custom statistics creation and this guide goes into more detail. There are some delay cbet stats up in our Download Warehouse and there may also be some similar stats if you search the custom statistic forum that you can use as a starting point.

If you want to know how much rake was taken from pots that you won you would use 'Rake Attributed' but if you want to know the amount of rake from all pots that has come from you personally you would use 'Rake Contributed'. There are also a variety of 'Weighted Contributed Rake' custom statistics (bb, bb/100, bb/hour) available in our Download Warehouse.

Locate and delete the postmaster.pid file if it is present (not "postmaster.opts" which may be there too). You can find that file in C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.3\data\ although you may have a different PostgreSQL version (e.g. 8.4, 9.0) or have it installed in C:\Program Files (x86). Once it's deleted, reboot and try starting PokerTracker 4 again. Also if you're using any security software make sure to follow the instructions given in the Security Software Configuration Guide but if that doesn't fix it please send your five latest PostgreSQL log files to us in a Support Ticket.

I reinstalled ipoker client and im getting this errors:

That error is from converted BetOnline hands and not genuine iPoker hands so you would need to contact the support of your hand converter about that.

I tried to move my hud from HM2 to PT4, but none of the composite notes work. All show zeroes in hud. Upon inspection in the "test" section it is clear that unlike the HM2 version, it does not show the calculated result anywhere.

See in this little test composite note:


HM2's Notecaddy would actually calculate it and show the result =54,2
PT4 doesnt and it shows as 0 in the HUD.

Is this a bug or just something that hasn't yet been developed for PT4's Notecaddy? My whole HUD depends on composite notes and I was planning on selling it to public soon, so this is a big problem for me.

Hi. When I drill down to "View Stats" --> "Statistics" ---> And filter for say cbetting or whatever, it correctly gives me my overall stats, but I can find the individual hands. Were can I find these? Not sure if a technical bug here. Play on iPoker.

I'm playing on Bodog/Ignition and playing jackpot spin and goes. When I import the hands after converting them the prizes aren't correct. All of the wins are recorded as 2x. The hands are importing correctly.

Is there a fix for this or do I need to manually change each tournament?

Depending on the report you are using you should be able to double-click on a row in your report to drill down until you reach the individual hand listing.

Even if the results information is included in those files we don't support Bodog/Ignition so you will need to manually update your results.
