Right click on the empty report and select 'Configure Report'. In the window that appears, click 'Restore to Default' and then 'OK' to see if that fixes things.

Hey,

I backed up my PT4 database and trying to transfer it into new PC. After the backup I got 2 separate files ->

1) PT4BU
2) PT4BU Part2

Do I have to pick both of them once I restore the database into new PC - can I do it at once ? I tried but I can only pick one file and not both of them - Do I need to restore them separately ?

is there going to be pt5 or is hm3 going to be the future for both programs?

If your backup file has been split into more than one part then all you need to do is select the first one and the restore process will handle any of the subsequent parts automatically.

A PokerTracker 5 release is planned but as Holdem Manager 2 was released before PokerTracker 4 it was due for an upgrade first. As explained in our merger announcement, we will be sharing code between the two programs where appropriate but each program will continue to have their own unique interface and features.

Been hearing the same song for over 2 years now and even the same words.

This is not true, HM3 interface regarding the HUD Editor is pretty much exactly as PT4.

Bottom line is PT4 launch was first announce publicly on June 12, 2011. Public Beta was launched March 20, 2012 and was publicly available on August 30, 2012. So is almost 6 years now without any major upgrade and to be honest Hand2Note is gaining more and more ground everytime, is going to be really hard for you guys to recover, im still a believer, been a long time PT4 user, one of the most active member of the PT4 forums and a premium addon developer so i would like to keep using pokertracker for many years to come and more so with a new and improved version of it, cheers.

Hello i have a big DB an i just want the hands since 2017 but i dont want to lose my marked hands and notes i have. How do i erase the old hands?

Go to Database > Purge Hands > Advanced > Tournaments and on the Tournament Date tab just imput a date for december 2016 and before and click on Purge Tournaments

WPN do not provide tournament summary information so there are no results for PokerTracker 4 to import from the hand history files they provide. For single table tournaments we can work out the prizes from the tournament structure and buy-ins, but that isn't possible for multi-table tournaments. We did add support for importing results from the WPN client however they have recently removed this option so tournaments will need to be manually edited instead. We also provide a 14-day no questions asked refund period after purchase so if you want to request that then please let us know in a Support Ticket.

You can purge older hands from your database but if any of those hands are marked or have a hand note then those will be purged from the database as well. Also purging is a very involved process and purging any large number of hands from a large database will take a considerable amount of time so if you choose to purge hands then schedule that accordingly as you will not be able to use PokerTracker 4 for anything else during this process.

iPoker recently changed some MTTs to 8-max, and PT4 is having a hard time recognizing where to place the HUD for players, and changing the position for 8 max tables and saving the layout causes the 9 max tables to mess up. Is there any solution that I can do, or is this a problem that support is already aware of?

Unfortunately iPoker do not specify the size of their tables in the hand histories so it isn't possible to tell accurately whether you're at an 8 or 9 seat table, and currently 8 seat tables are not supported. Please open a Support Ticket about this to add your weight to the request in our system, and if/when this is added we'll be able to let you know directly.

How do I stop the HUD from showing my stats for the session?

If you do not want the HUD to display your own stats then select the stat groups that you don't want to see for yourself in the HUD Profile Editor and change the dropdown under 'Group Properties' from 'Everyone' to 'Everyone but Hero'.

Hello I have a 7-line HUD I want the two bottom lines invisble and when I go with my mouse over it I want to display them. Is there a way to do that? Only can find a way to make the whole box invisble.

create a dif panel for the last two bottom lines and place it close together to the other panel and you can individually make it invisible without affecting the other.

Tried it a couple of times. But I don't see anything downloading.
Anyway I already raised a ticket

PartyPoker tournaments showing up with 0/0 for the "blinds" and I'm getting an

"Error: Unable to execute query:Fatal Error:Reason Error: (ERROR: division by zero)

when calculating my bb winrate in reports.

It appears it's happening because of the above 0/0

It started happening after that automatic update was downloaded in PT4 and I did have PartyPoker running at that time.

Now how do I fix this to get it working properly again?

i have this problem with the HUD on microgaming

i resize the table smaller but the HUD stays big and even the showdowns go outside the table, i use the same HUD in most sites but only here i have this problem when i want the table smaller

Partypoker have made a change to their tournament hand histories which has caused an issue with certain blind levels and it will be resolved in the next official release. If you want to be automatically notified when that's available and/or have access to an alpha version so you can test the fix then please open a Support Ticket.

Which stat do I add to my HUD in order to see this:

MPN have several different layouts so if you try the 'Fun' layout does that work better? Also if you re-position the HUD and then save it that should work OK.

If you are referring to the 'Full hand player actions' stats available in the Download Warehouse then these are for use in a hand report in PokerTracker 4 and not for the HUD. PokerTracker 4 also doesn't know anything about a hand in progress so it cannot dynamically display that information in the HUD as a hand progresses.
