That's due to a change PokerStars have made so downgrading will not help but you can update the information manually. If you want to be notified when a fix for this is available please open a Support Ticket.

Hey Guys

I've just changed computers and imported my PT4 database and config, same for all sites
For some reason, Stars hands are not importing and HUD just stays frozen, getting duplicated hands and I did everything i know to fix that

That just happens for Stars, Party, 888 and WPN are working perfectly (for 888 i had to create a new folder, but i did same for stars and didn't work)

Anything you guys can do to help me out? Thanks

I recently re installed the software in my new windows account due to the registry problem in my old account and when I installed the software the icon in the desktop became white, how can I fix this problem?

So we can find out what's causing that please enable logging, reproduce this issue and send us your PokerTracker4.log file in a Support Ticket:

That sounds like an issue with your icon cache in Windows - see this guide for details on how to fix that.

What is the difference between, let's say, "3Bet vs BTN open" and "3Bet vs BTN 2bet"?

I thought open = raise first-in = 2-bet?

E: Also if I want a stat what shows % of BB 3-betting vs SB open is it:
"BB vs SB open - 3Bet" or "3Bet vs SB 2Bet"?

Hello. Are there any promotions currently for PT4? I purchased both; v2.HoldEm/Omaha in 2007, and v.3 in 2010. I had emailed support asking for an upgrade rate, but was denied. I understand there were emails sent and there was a kill date, but paying full price 3 times just doesn't feel right. any help....

Quick question: if I’ve purchased the full version of Omaha ONLY, how would i go about getting the Holdem software as well? Is there a way to this and just pay the $60 difference between Omaha deal and package deal or will i have to pay the full $99 (so $200 total) to add on the Holdem side? Thanks!

Microgaming do not save hands to disk if you have not contributed to the pot.

Your PT4 database is on your own computer, so any problem with that would be local to you. If you're still having problems please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your log file and see what is going on.

been using PT4 for about a year with no issues until last night. When I open the program I get the following message. I have not changed anything in my configurations.

"Unable to login to database (postgres). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "???" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?"

PT4 has stopped importing WPN hands today. any idea why that could be? I could import them manually after the session, but when playing no HH and no HUD.

There is an issue with WPN in PokerTracker v4.14.27 which should be resolved in the next release. If you want to be automatically notified when that's available and/or have access to an alpha version with the fix then please open a Support Ticket.

Are you have trouble auto-importing while playing or are you manually importing a number of hands in bulk? Let us know the details of your issue in a Support Ticket along with a log file so we can see what is going on:

Hello is there a known issue with 5 and 7 handed tables and HUD preffered seat? Im playing spin and go max, have preffered seat set up in stars lobby but i dont have option to change that in pt4 as there are no 5 and 7 preffered seats to configure. So ingame my 5 and 7max tables never have their HUDs in place.
