I'm not sure what you mean by my report is being filtered...? how do i clear it up if it is then?

Like the main issue is when i choose to select a player i don't see my username for that site.

Okay ill send the backup file. Do you want my winrar db file or do i have to backup everything again and send it to you?

Click on 'choose new player' and search for your screenname.

It's possible that that hand history wasn't written if it had already started before you reconnected - you should be able to request the history from ACR support if you don't have it in your hand history files.

When im on the stats tab and i click the stakes filter, a ton of random stakes are included that i've never played. Theres no hands downloaded under these stakes so its not messing anything up but it kind of bugs me, is there anyway to delete these?

Hi,

My friend is having an issue and was looking for some help. The little button that is at the top of the table located beside the small square PT4 logo, the tag isn't working properly. The hands are no longer showing up to set up for review. They previously had. Is there a way to fix this?

Is that bug with zoom hh viewer related to you guys trying to 'split up' the tables, so that we will get hands from each table seperately in hh viewer instead of it grouping them all together like it is now for zoom? I know this was requested/discussed many years ago.

There is an issue with WPN hands in the latest release so you can rollback to the previous version here and if you want to be automatically notified when this issue is resolved you can let us know in a Support Ticket.

We have a guide for getting things setup with WPN here. Once you have imported at least one hand from the new skin you can select the new player as the active player in PokerTracker 4 and if you want to combine your results from more than one player you can create an alias.

You can do that with custom statistics and there are some examples of this for VPIP and PFR in the Download Warehouse.

Over the weekend I had my laptop software crash, lost windows and all other programs on the laptop. So my question ( which I am pretty sure I know the answer to ) is that since I lost my software when I go to re-install PT 4 is it going to be like starting from scratch all over again? I had my data backed up a few times but all saved onto the laptop and never got around to putting it onto a external hard drive or anything.

there is no hud on the contender warm up mtt (mac). the title bar of the mtt window is almost blank compared to all the other tournament windows, may have something to do with it?

There is something wrong with Ipoker Hand Importing, It says Invalid rake in Hand xxxxx 90% of the time when it tries to import a hand. It was perfect yesterday, any ideas?

This issue seems to have been caused by an iPoker update so can you please send us a sample of these hands in a Support Ticket and let us know what location you are playing from (Spain, France e.t.c.) along with the version number of your iPoker software (e.g. 17.9.3.4) which is displayed in the top left of the iPoker lobby.

My HUD won't work in zoom when i play but will appear when i rail some zoom. (works on other sites/games aswell)

Anyone having a similar problem?

Please make sure that you are following the steps in the Zoom HUD section of the PokerStars Configuration Guide when you play Zoom.

If the Zoom HUD is not displaying after doing the above, please uninstall PokerStars and re-download and install PokerStars as the PokerStars installation is more than likely corrupted which we are unable to fix and a PokerStars reinstall should resolve the issue.

If you have any further trouble please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket where one of our support technicians can assist you:

All the knockout progressive ko mtts seem to have the wrong buyins again (this happened many years ago) , the problem seems to have returned in the new version. For example i played a 82$ pko, it shows 75+37.5+7 which adds up to 119.5, it should be 37.50+37.50+7. Any idea if i can fix this (downgrade maybe) or do I need to wait for a new patch?
