Please attach the full original hand history file for that table to a Support Ticket so we can investigate this for you. If you're not sure which file it is feel free to compress the hand histories from the day/session and attach them all. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your processed hand histories to your \PokerTracker 4\Processed folder which you can access via the "File -> Open User Data Folder" option.

Hey, when in hand replayer looking through some hands, is it possible to somehow get a shortcut to Hand Details? Now, I have to click on option in top right corner and click on "View Hand Detail".

It doesnt souns like its a lot of work but doing it 100 times in 2 hours is anoying.

i'm having problems getting the zoom hud working. The site is configured per the instructions, i've tried with memory grabber on and off.

Problem is that hte hud only shows up for 1 opponent, always the same seat. i've made sure my hud profile is set to "everyone except hero"

pt4 is up to date, i've tried reinstalling stars

If you do not have backup file then you can find your custom data (HUD profiles, custom stats e.t.c.) here:

C:\Users\SOME_NAME\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Data

If you select all the hands you want to review and then choose 'View Hand Details' from the right-click menu and then 'Replay Hands' from the hand details window you can have two separate windows from which to review/select your hands in the replayer and/or the hand viewer.

So we can see what's going on here please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

When i go

I don't seem to have an app data folder on my old harddrive. Under my pokertracker folder under program files I only see the default Huds.

Am I looking in the wrong spot?

1. Reboot.

2. Start PokerTracker 4.

3. Click "Configure -> Options" and if "Logging Enabled" doesn't have a check mark, click it such that it does.

4. Close PokerTracker 4.

5. Restart PokerTracker 4.

6. Select "File -> Open User Data Folder".

7. Depending on your Windows settings the log file we need may look like just "PokerTracker4" or "PokerTracker4.log" with a sheet of paper for an icon but don't go in the "Logs" folder.

8. Do not copy/attach the log file to a support ticket until you have reproduced the problem on a Zoom table or two. Also make sure to not restart PokerTracker 4 until you've sent the log - if you do PokerTracker 4 will start a new log file meaning we may lose the one with the information we'd like to see.

That sounds like Windows is hiding your AppData folder so please refer to this guide or this one if you are on Windows 10.

So my database is very big right now. It has like 15 GB in only 5 months and playing SNG and MTT only. pokertracker has dificulty in opening the popups. Sometime when I am in a tough decision and I need to analyse a certain stats in the popup I get nothing, this is not happening while using holdem manager 2, I don´t think is acceptable. So what I need to do just be able to have stability while playing and get proper results while using PT4?
If I redo a new database I´ll get like 5GB at least, it has to be another way!
My computer has a very good sata 3 disc, and 8 GB ram and a quad core processor, I think is enought. I just don´t want to go back to holdem manager 2 again, but if I have to constantly start a new database it just sucks...

I am having problems when I try and import my hand history from tournaments, it is not showing the buy in amount, only "$0.00"

For single table tournaments we can usually infer the prizes from the tournament structure and buy-ins, but that isn't possible for multi table tournaments. For any tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually using the Tournament Results window. We have also recently added support for importing WPN tournament info from web pages - see this guide for details.

Damn that is a bummer, i just manually put some stats in via "edit tournament" so at least can track my stats along with hands vs other players.

How do I activate HUD/getting hands while playing for Betsafe (and probably MPN in general)?
Betsafe doesn't seem to save text hand histories or at least I can't find them.

i have a 50gb database wich is all my hands since 2013
how can i just get the hands since 2016 without losing my marked hands and notes?

Microgaming saves hands to the GameHistory.dat file located here:

C:\Microgaming\Poker\SITE_NAME\GameHistory.dat

We have a guide for getting things setup with Microgaming here however please note that Microgaming no longer provide full hand histories in cash games so these games aren't currently supported.

That depends on exactly what you are trying to achieve so if you want to view data from 2016 only you can set a filter for that in PokerTracker 4 and/or your HUD. If you instead want a database with 2016 hands only then you can import those hands into a new database. You can export/import manual notes from the old database to the new via 'Database -> Notes' however that isn't possible for marked hands so another option is to purge pre-2016 hands from your database however that is a very involved process and purging any large number of hands from such a large database will take a very, very long time especially if your database isn't on an SSD.

Can you confirm PT4 doesn't work at all on Betsafe in particular?

Are those cash games? As I mentioned above Microgaming no longer provide full hand histories in cash games so these games aren't currently supported. I played on party poker CPP semi final #143927146 but no stats were showing.

I played on same site $1.10 sat ticket #142183574 and the HUD works fine.

I wonder what went wrong? Both played at the same time.

are you having server problems atm? i m having troubles starting pt4 on both computers (same internet connection thou)

pt4 wont appear on taskbar, pt4 process hanging in memory taking 45MB

I haven't seen any other reports of this. Who is your ISP? Do you use Comodo DNS or something similar?
