If so, how does PT4 track things over time?
It does not matter how long the hand history files themselves are saved for because that information gets transferred into your database so if you have not changed database and/or reinstalled things in the last few months that data should still be there. PokerTracker 4 also
moves the hand history files to your processed folder so you have them if you ever need them again for some reason.

Anyone here who can do it or teach me how to? Let me know what you want in return.
See
this guide for the basics on custom statistics creation and
this guide for a deeper walkthrough. The latter was written for PokerTracker 3 but the techniques all apply to PokerTracker 4, the interface is just slightly different. There may also be some stats similar to what you need if you search the PokerTracker forums or the
Download Warehouse and you can then edit them if they are not exactly what you are after.

The hand history in your support ticket is a valid hand from WPN and it has not been converted or changed. WPN write two formats of hand histories so you'd need to contact HRC support about that.
