Please make sure that you are using the latest version of PokerTracker 4. Also are you using preferred seating? If so you'd want to see this and Partypoker may also have specifics with respect to preferred seating. If that does not help then please open a Support Ticket with a PokerTracker4.log file that's recorded the trouble so that we can investigate that for you.

You can edit your reports so that they don't display any results information.

Unfortunately WPN do not provide tournament summary information, and until they do there are no results for PokerTracker 4 to import. For single table tournaments we can usually infer the prizes from the tournament structure and buy-ins, but that isn't possible for multi table tournaments. For any tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually using the Tournament Results window.

Please open a Support Ticket with a PokerTracker4.log file that's recorded the trouble so that we can investigate that for you.

Unfortunately not - you can find a list of supported sites here. I don't have any timelines for adding any new site support at this time although may help if you contact your poker site and tell them that you would like them to speak with us in regards to adding support. If they wish us to add support they need to contact us and we will happily talk to them about it.

Hi, I've used PT4 for 7 or 8 months now, and never had a problem, but lately (last 3-5 days) I've been having some really annoying problems ..
I don't know why, bit since the last update my PT4 is not getting hands anymore, the Hud isn't showing in PS tables (cash and tournaments, zoom and regular tables). It just don't import hands, so I decided to reset my Pt4 and database (postgresql), reinstalled all of it, and still don't work. I lost all my older hands (I didn't care because I'm playing at new stakes and don't know much of the regs anyway, but it just don't work) .
I openned a support ticket (#274604) but no response yet, and its stoping me to play last few days (I grind 4 25nl tables zoom and 2 normal tables, and I'm moving up to 50 nl), but it is just impossible to play without it, so many hands without any information of the other players, or how I'm doing, etc ..
I would like to know if it's some kind of bug or something, because doesn't seen other people are having the same issues.
PS: I only play on Pokerstars, and tournamente also don't import hands, and don't show the hud on the table.

I still see the message when its only pokertracker that Im using, no other applications open at all. Can you tell me where I can find my available RAM?

Running PT4 on Mac.

Does the tracker and HUD work with Microgaming? They have a Mac client now (seems it comes bundled with wine).

Click your Windows Start button then type the following command:

system

Click on it when it appears and you will see your total installed memory (RAM). Also if you right click your taskbar and select 'Task Manager' you can see your current memory usage.

The Microgaming clients we've installed on Mac both use Wine and have the Windows file structure within the package contents but we don't see the GameHistory.dat hand history file there, or anything else that suggests hand histories therefore it's not supported on Mac at this time.

hi,

alright so I have 16.0 GB RAM

and what I am using apparently is 15.1 Gb of 16 GB (95%) (photo https://gyazo.com/82bdd1aa7e75aeb5a11018103801e3ca)

so I am using too much of that RAM right now it seems.. should I try to get rid of most of those things that are running?

very interesting though here is a list of the applications that are running but in the list I dont see anything thats taking up a huge amount of RAM? https://gyazo.com/3513c3cad5f0b19c24c28bd3ca330a83 those are just some simple internet browsers and such.

That's somewhat beyond the scope of our support however do you see any more processes on the 'Users' tab in task manager? There is also a utility available from here which will show you everything that's running in case you have some odd .exe file running since it's possible you have a virus and I would recommend running a full scan for any infections.

Why are all my PT4 hand histories gone? I opened up PT4 today and all my individual hands are gone. All I have are the aggregate graphs and results. Even ones I tagged for review are lastnight not 12 hours ago aren't there. Why is this? Before I could review hands from weeks ago and now I have nothing. When I'm on stats tab I usually go into month and session by date, show marked hands and they show up. Now it's blank under both marked and non-marked for every date.

Try right clicking the empty report and select "Configure Report". In the window that appears, click "Restore to Default" and click "OK" and see if that resolves the trouble.

That's not recommended as it could result in the loss of custom HUD data so please include all relevant information detailing the problem and compress the hand history/tournament summary files for any tournaments which don't work for you and attach them to a Support Ticket.

I am having difficulty with the Ignition card catcher loading 9 max cash tables into PT4 real time. It was working for me until 4/7. Now all my 6 max tables show up as I'm playing but none of the 9 max for whatever reason. Strangely I still get HUD stats. This happening to anyone else? Any way to fix it? Thanks

Is there an easy way to have each full ring positions on Pop Up stats?
UTG UTG1 instead of EP?

Or do i have to figure out the language and create all positional stats i need for each seats?

If you're having problems with histories generated by a handgrabber you'll need to contact their support - I'm sorry, but we can't help with histories which aren't created by a supported site.

That would require custom statistics and there are some example of these in the Download Warehouse. Note that if you download stats built with PokerTracker 3 you will need to change the dropdown when importing from .pt4stat to .pt3stat in order to see the files in the chooser window.
