PT4 HUD not working with party poker since yesterdays update. Any news on if/when we might get this fixed?

Hello i play spins on pokerstars and lately i have no HUD showing in 6x or higher multipliers, 2x and 4x work perfectly normal, is this some known new issue and how can i get any help resolving this, thanks

Is that for Fast Forward games? If so that's an issue we are aware of and if you want to be automatically notified when that's resolved then please open a Support Ticket.

There is an issue with the latest PokerStars update where it is not writing all hand history files to your computer. This primarily seems to be an issue with Spin & Go games with 6x + multipliers and Zoom games. Until PokerStars resolve that you can request your hand histories again from PokerStars and import them into PokerTracker 4 (Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk) to capture any missed hands.

If the hands are importing but you have no HUD on these higher multipliers then click "Configure -> Options" in PokerTracker 4 and if "Logging Enabled" doesn't have a check mark, click it such that it does. Close/restart PokerTracker 4. With logging enabled all the time as soon as you run into this problem again send us your log file in a Support Ticket. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder. In addition to the log file please also attach the full original hand history and tournament summary file for that tournament along with a screenshot of the table.

Thanks for the answer, the hands are not importing at all so i dont need to do the other part of your message and just wait for stars to resolve the issue with the new update?

If the hand history file exists but it is not importing then report that as I suggested. If the hand history files is not there at all then until PokerStars resolve that you can request your hand histories again from them and import them into PokerTracker 4 (Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk) to capture any missed hands.

Any hope of being able to make Spin n go (jackpot) hand histories importable onto PT4 on the WPN network? They set it up so you could only get the hand histories after the game finishes but would be nice for accounting/EV reasons

The development team are investigating to see if we can add support for this format of hands. If you would like to be automatically notified on that you can open a Support Ticket.

how can i delete myself when seeing all players report in my DB?

you´ll have to add the condition "NOT (Player is Hero)" to the report filter.

Also in the positions report how do i separate cbet flop OOP from IP? i only see a star for general flop cbet

There is a package of Cbet IP/OOP stats available in the Download Warehouse. Once a stat has been downloaded you need to import it via "Configure -> Statistics -> Options -> Import" to make them available for your reports. As that package contains .pt3stat files you will need to change the dropdown when importing from .pt4stat to .pt3stat in order to see the files in the chooser window.

https://gyazo.com/c046a43320a95dbc844847f2bdc73b11 imported some hands from email left a support ticket but updated an old one this is what i get when i look at sessions now the thing is i left some writing from pokerstars in the notes which maybe corrupted it? now i cant see any hands in my sessions. anyone else had this problem and found a way to fix it and restore the database?

@jayme87 maybe try and purge hands from the time you import those?

Try right clicking the report and select "Configure Report". In the window that appears, click "Restore to Default" and click "OK".

Is there a stat that I can put on my HUD SB fold to 3b after opening vs BB? I know I can look it up in the popups but actually want it on my HUD.

For that you can use 'Fold to PF 3Bet After Steal' and then specify this is for the SB by using the 'Position' property under 'Item Properties'.

Hi, I've just moved up from NL5 zoom to NL 10 zoom on pokerstars

NL5 zoom works fine
NL10 zoom HUD does not appear.

Have tried running one table of each simultaneously - same situation
Hands are being imported fine for both tables.

Any ideas?

Is there a way to check for coolers, either for or against Hero? So, if I have a guy set over set, my all-in adjusted EV wouldn't change, but it doesn't really indicate how well I'm running. The overall luck bell curve, for example, might say I'm 'extremely lucky' with sets, but if I'm getting set over setted, it's not really lucky, is it?

Please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file and that will help us figure out what's going on here. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

There is a custom hand report called 'All-In Equity under 51%' available in our Download Warehouse which you can edit for different all-in equity ranges. You can import that using the disk icon in the My reports' section.

Hi PokerTracker Support,

I noticed all my hand histories were not being added while playing. I would notice big hands were missing.

I thought it was on pokerstars end. I then clikced over to "view active tables" while playing. It only showed one of my four zoom tables I was playing.

It seems for some reason that PT4 is only picking up on some tables some of the time.

Is there a way to fix this?

on ACR poker do you have to manually enter all MTT info?

PT4 does not seem to pickup my original buy in /any re-entries / type of MTT ect. Seems like a lot of information is missing??

Unfortunately WPN do not provide tournament summary information, and until they do there are no results for PokerTracker 4 to import. For single table tournaments we can usually infer the prizes from the tournament structure and buy-ins, but that isn't possible for multi table tournaments. For any tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually using the Tournament Results window.

Have you considered unlocking PT4 locked features for trial license? These're only intresting features to try if I already have HM2 full license.
