Hey guys,

Here is a screenshot from my PT4 tournament results. I am only playing in two different kinds. I am playing in 18 man Turbos and 45 man Turbos. I'm not sure what the results highlighted in red are, which are for non-turbos and hyper turbos.

I did play in two free rolls which are the $0 buy in amounts at the bottom.

Can someone please explain how to correct these errors in my results so my information is more accurate?

*Also, if anyone can help me improve my posting of a jpeg as in this thread, I'd really appreciate it. I figured how to post the image at imgur, but it is still not showing up correctly.

Sorry if this gets asked a lot but how do I look up the rake I paid? ie. the extra money I would have if there was no rake. Can I display it in bb/100?
I did a quick search and this seems to be called rake attributed but I can't find it when I go to make a hand report.

Data is stored differently in Holdem Manager 2. In addition to the PostgreSQL data folder Holdem Manager 2 also stores data in C:\USERS\SOME_NAME\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\D atabase and there is some more detail on that in this post.

For any tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually using the Tournament Results window. To open the Tournament Results window either right-click the selected tournament(s) and choose Edit Tournament or click the Edit Tournament Results button in the sidebar when viewing the Results page.

If these tournaments are on PokerStars then please make sure you are saving and importing PokerStars tournament summaries as well as the hand histories. We recommend that you have Tournament Summaries set to save in PokerStars (Settings -> Playing History -> Tournament Summaries) and set to import into PT4 (in Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars) for the most accurate results.

The rake attributed stats are not a hand stat so won't be available in a hand report but you can add them to a player report. To display that in bb/100 would require a custom stat - see this guide for the basics on custom statistics creation and this guide for a deeper walkthrough. The latter was written for PokerTracker 3 but the techniques all apply to PokerTracker 4, the interface is just slightly different.

Recently bought Pt4 and transferred my HM2 database into PT4 upon installing it.

However when I open up Pt4 there is nothing there. Should I do the installation again or is the database there somewhere and I need to do another step?

PokerStars.PT should use the same software as the other PokerStars clients (.FR, .IT, Full Tilt e.t.c.) so please refer to the following guide:

When I go View Stats-->Statistics and choose advanced overview by position can I add other stats to look up other than the ones that are already there?
I'm also a bit confused about what I'm supposed to be using to analyse my stats. This or just making a report? What are the pros and cons of using either function?

You can add/remove/reorder stats by right clicking the report and selecting "Configure Report".

There are a variety of built-in reports depending on what you what to review and there are some tutorial videos available here. You can also use simple filters to further analyse specific scenarios:

You can also create new reports in "My Reports" and here you can save reports that you use often, use more complex filters if needed as well as view population based data for all players in your database.

I believe PT4 incorrectly updates winnings after winning a PSKO tournament. A 90man $5 got me $57.09 for the 1st place (correct), I got 9 bounties (correct), but it seems like it just counted 9x$2.30 which would be correct in a SKO tournament and not PSKO. Total amount of bounties was $75.69 so cnet won should be at $127.78 instea dof shown $72.79.

I have loaded the HH, then loaded tournament summary and run 'tournament detect' just in case and nothing helped.

edit. probably winning doesn't matter here, it probably happens no matter the place. has it always been like that? I might have screwed up results from the entire year, I hope not.

PokerTracker 4 stores the value of a bounty and the number of bounties won and progressive bounty tournaments don't fit with this model so this requires a change to the current database structure. If you would like to be automatically notified if this is resolved in a future update then please open a Support Ticket.

Hi there i want to ask if there is a way to see a custom made stats on the section Reports for hand description. It only shows the default ones. Instead i can add custom made statistics on the section for MTT;s for example.

ok i got it never mind

My PT4 hud suddenly stopped working while playing yesterday (software still imports the hands tho), i did reboot the computer just in case but didnt work.

Havent updated it in months because of having had problems with it so i decided to update today (running v 4.14.21 atm), still nothing.

100% sure i didnt change any of my antivirus/firewall settings so not sure whats the problem.

I play on stars.es fwiw, any help?

The most common cause of having no HUD when hands are importing is not having your PokerStars software running in English. PokerTracker 4 only supports English so both hand histories and poker table graphics such as the "Fold" button all need to be in English. Check that your PokerStars lobby is in English and if it is not please change it (Settings -> Global -> Language -> English). If that does not help then open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your log files and see what is going on.

Its more than 2 years now since progressive knockout tournaments came in. And you guys still couldnt figure out the way how to handle those bounties correctly in PT4????

Yes, that's possible. All of these are in the Actions and Opportunities section of the filters window.

If you're betting the river then you don't need to test for seeing the flop (a), but that would be Flop > Saw Flop.

b) To test for checking both the flop and turn use the Flop/Turn Action Sequence section. Add a filter for First Flop Action = Check, and separately add a filter for Second Flop Action = Any. We need to add these separately so that on the Current/Active Filters page we can select 'second flop action = Any' and 'NOT' that filter - this will filter for when there was no second action; i.e. the first action was check and there was no second action, meaning the street was checked through. Do this for flop and turn.

c) River > Bets > Any River Bet.

And the merge between the 2 companies...Does this means PokerTracker will no longer launch a PT5 and eventually leave the market as a brand?

HM2 was released before PT4 therefore Holdem Manager was due for an upgrade before PokerTracker.

There will be a PokerTracker 5 release; although nothing is imminent.

As we explained in our merger announcement, we will be sharing code between the two programs where appropriate but each program will continue to have their own unique interface and features.
