Just wondering what I'm missing trying to activate 'preferred seat' for replayer.

I've run the dialogue (from both main menu and via replayer) and made my choices for the various table sizes.

Does the auto-centre option on the import menu make any difference?

The replayer's preferred seating is not associated with the in-game HUD's preferred seating (import stage). The replayer's preferred seat is autonomous.


I recommend that you

1) Use the Tools > Setup Assistant > Configure Replayer to define your preferred seat

2) In the replayer, select options and make sure preferred seat is selected.

No you are thinking about Blaze tables. "Fun view" is just another table mod/view just as classic/mini/arcade. The HUD works just fine in a certain area but because the table is wider with this new view I am unable to drag HUD stats outside a certain area and they disappear behind an invisible wall.

I'm running into a weird issue. I'm new to PT4, having used PT2 years ago. I've been playing solely on ACR, and for some reason only some of my hands are showing up as 6-max. Almost all of my hands (save for 50 or so) are at 6-max, but my stakes show like this. What's going on?

I misconstrued that instruction as to repeat step 1) from within the replayer as I kept glossing over the actual checkbox item for preferred seat.

I was not confusing Fun with Blaze, I was under the impression that Fun had hand history data that was missing key elements (where as Blaze has a normal hand history but only hands where the Hero got to showdown are included - all other hands are missing).

I will look into this next week and report back if it is possible.

I cannot find any mention of missing x-max modifiers at WPN network within our support notes, last I recall the network had added x-max modifiers for all tables. Are any of those hands played from a time a year or longer ago?

Thank you for your response. All of these hands are from within the last week. That worked. But, do I need to do it after every session?

As I said in my last post, we have no record of any issues with WPN and missing missing x-max table size modifiers, therefore I cannot predict what will or will not occur.

When we performed a test today, we could not duplicate your problem. Therefore if the problem continues, we will need to see the hand histories to determine if we can reproduce the problem.

Hey, ive been using PT4 but recently my HUD keeps disappearing from different tables while im grinding. Really annoying to be forced to play without any info. Whats the reason for this?

Every online poker room has its own set of unique quirks and issues, whenever discussing the HUD we must always know at a minimum

1) What network your playing on
2) Which games you are playing

Please respond, and then we can give you some general guidance on how PokerTracker 4 is expected to work on that network.

PS: Some networks change the Z-Axis of the table while playing, which in turn places the HUD behind the table temporarily. To fix this all you need to do is grab the table and shake it for a brief second, this is a rare occurrence but it is known to happen on some of the less popular networks.

Im playing at PokerStars, 6max hypers

It seems to me like the HUD gets 'slow', stops updating new hands on hand history viewer, doesnt change from 6max to HU, doesnt show on new tables, disappears from tables running etc. Sometimes i can get it back up briefly on some tables after i restart PT, but it doesnt solve the problem completely.

This is typically a problem with your database, it can usually be fixed by manually performing database maintenance. Restart your computer, run just PokerTracker 4. Select Database > Database Management. Choose Rebuild Cache > Full Cache Rebuild. This will take a long time, depending on the size of your database and computer specs it could take many hours. If this does not solve your problem, you will need to create a support ticket on our website by selecting Support > Contact Us so we can review your database logs.

Good luck, and please be patient while the cache rebuild occurs.

Hello, i have hm2 hud which is .xml i think. How do i convert it into pt4 compatible hud?

HM2 and PT4 HUD Profiles are not interchangeable. Your only option is to manually build the HUD from scratch by using similar stats.

Have been trying this but PT4 says it is unable to rebuild cache. Also created a ticket on PT4 support but no answer so far.

I have a couple of issues on iPoker. First of all the HUD is running really glitchy. It's difficult to arrange my layout (panels don't really want to be moved around), the menus don't work properly, and the popups aren't working properly.

The other thing is that I'm playing 2 table of HU vs the same guy and on one table the HUD is in the right place, and on the other table it's switched (I'm in the same seat on both tables). However if I change the layout on the table that isn't working properly, the layout on the other table then switches around too.

Given the extent of your issues it's likely best that you restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce your problems and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. The log will contain considerable configuration information and detail and will help us figure out what is the best way to get things working properly for you.

Hi...after a update in my Pokerstars.com client, it said my .ini user was corrompted or something like that. So I had to reset all my settings, do all it again. Ok, I did. But when I turned PT4 on, it was all messed up, most of the stats in different places and not corresponding on players names. Some of them were just changed of place. But it was becoming worst....and now my PT4 barely works in my .com client. Works fine in other sites I believe. Then now I uninstalled pokerstars.com and installed again and same problems. I even upgraded PT4 for latest version, but continues wrong! Can you help me please? Thanks in advance!
