PT4 graphs in the Results tab and in the Graphs tab are missing two of my today's sessions.
Any idea why that might happen and how to fix it?

No filters are being used, and while playing, the stats (HUD) were being shown without an issue. Earlier play sessions are shown fine.
All the hands played seem to be showing up in the "View Today's Hands" tab, too; so they are not lost.

Restarting the software, clicking refresh, rebooting PC did not fix it.

If the data is visible in 'Play Poker -> View Today's Hands' then it should be available to view in 'View Stats'. Have you selected the correct active player in PokerTracker 4 for your reports? If you are using an alias in PokerTracker 4 then is this player connected to that alias? If that isn't the problem please attach a screenshot of both report windows either here or privately in a Support Ticket. Get the entire PokerTracker 4 windows and don't crop out anything.

When I was taking screenshots I noticed what the issue was - I had the "wrong" stakes selected in the graph screen, so new hands were not showing up since they were played at different stakes.

There's an annoying semi-broken black border showing around HUD after installing the latest update (4.15.33).

We are aware of this issue so please open a Support Ticket so that we can notify you when the fix is available. In the meantime you can revert to the previous version of PokerTracker 4 here.

Your new annual Ignition Hand Grabber is not accepting my PT4 code I have on file or in the PT4's help -> about. I open up a ticket. Can someone get this fix asap? I would like to have my HUD stats working for this weekend. Thanks

Yesterday my hud worked but no hands imported to my graph when playing blitz on BCP, today i get neither hands on the graph or a hud

Any ideas what i can do? Is a fix on the way or is it just me?

I am not seeing any other reports at this time. Please send us a PokerTracker4.log file that has recorded this problem to us in a Support Ticket so we can see what's going on here and advise you accordingly:

Does PT4 have an import hands option; I am trialing and during the setup I put it to import HEM3 database, fine, but under no tab I see an option to import hands (e.g. from a folder selected by me). Only the export hands option is there (under the database tab, I think).

You can import hands manually into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk' and automatically from your poker site(s) using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing'.

Download and import 'Cbet Flop IP' & 'Cbet Flop OOP' from the Download Warehouse. You can duplicate the columns used for those statistics and change the street identifier in the column names and expressions from 'f' to 't'. When you have the new columns you can create turn versions of those statistics:

But the video webm cant play, this only show PT4 video advertising then nothing.

That looks like something has on your computer has damaged/deleted PostgreSQL files on your computer or is preventing access to them. Does this directory exist?

C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\x.y\data\pg_clog

where x.y is your PostgreSQL version although you may have it installed in another location. If PostgreSQL files have been deleted/quarantined then restore them if you can and set exceptions for PostgreSQL (disk cleanup tools can also make changes to PostgreSQL that break things). What are the main differences with HM3? Does it track also six plus holdem?

Is there a max # of hands that can be imported into the database before it starts impacting performance?


I recently came into possession of many, many millions of hands--can PT4 support, say, 200M hands?

Does PT4 heavily use the computer's RAM for accessing the hands in the database? Would there be RAM constraints if I created a database with ~200M+ hands?

There is no hard limit and performance depends on many different factors but a large quantity of hands like that will have an impact and in addition to that you would need a very large amount of disk space to store all of that data. Also it sounds like these are hands you have not personally played yourself so bear in mind that if you are planning to use this type of data in your HUD or to make notes on opponents then that is called datamining and it is not permitted by most, if not all, of the poker sites we support so it's not something that PokerTracker 4 is optimised for nor is it an area in which we provide additional technical support.

How accurate is PT4 with Blitz on ACR? I notice my cashier differs by $5-10 every 1500-2000h for blitz 200nl vs the results from PT4. Also I get less rb than the rake * 0.27 vs PT4 (I know there is rake and also beast rake, but PT4 seems to account for this).

P.S. what is the 3b vs hero by position stat known as? Easy to find in HEM2 but can't find it anywhere in PT4

I am not aware of any specific issues at this time. If you are playing Blitz then make sure after sitting out that you leave the tables open for a few minutes so any hands that you have folded can be completed by the other players involved. Also WPN clients have had issues in the past not recording all hands and when a hand isn't written to a hand history file PokerTracker 4 wouldn't know anything about that.

PokerTracker 4 will also automatically reject any hands with bad data and report them as errors but if you believe that PokerTracker 4 is recording incorrect data based on the files provided by your poker site then please send all relevant information to us with your hand history files:
