This will be resolved with the next release of PokerTracker 4. If you want access to a pre-release version with the fix then you can request that via a Support Ticket.

I have been having an issue that hasn't resolved where my HUD will randomly turn off for at least 1 of my up to 9 tables and sometimes as many as 2 tables. It happens arbitrarily and no amount of starting/stopping the HUD fixes the issue.

Has anyone had this issue?

So we can investigate that please select 'Configure -> Options -> Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4. The next time you have this issue take a screenshot and send that to us in a Support Ticket with your log file. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder:

Is this a known issue?

Please go to File > Open User Data Folder in the PT4 menu and then close PT4.
In the window that opened go to the Apps folder, and delete the folder called "SWduaXRpb24gSGFuZCBHcmFiYmVy".
When you run PT4 again it should re-download and install the Ignition Hand Grabber.
If you still have the problem please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your log file to see what is going on.

That would depend on your definition of a double barrel. Does it include limped pots or hands played as the preflop caller? If your definition only includes bets made by the preflop aggressor then they would be the same.

Unfortunately WPN do not always include detailed tournament summary information in their files but for any tournaments with incorrect data you can update the data manually. We have been in contact with WPN about adding the extra required information and you can open a Support Ticket to be notified of any updates in this regard.

Need help getting PT4 to import hands and working HUD with Pokerbros. It worked fine as of 2 days ago, but doesn't now since the new update. I use EliteHUD as the converter. When I checked the Directories Configuration for Bros was empty on PT4, I located what I'm pretty sure is the correct folder in AppData, but still nothing.

Ignition Hand Grabber keeps losing track of tables and hands. I think this all started with Ignition's patch about 2 weeks ago. I play in sit n gos and its only showing my opponents last couple of hands whereas my hands keep adding up normally. So for example, we could be 10 hands in and it will show me with 10 hands but everyone else will have 3.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I love all of the fetures of PT4 and if there was some way to have my MTT results done i would snap buy it

Is there any way to hide "My C won" and only show "My C Win (Inc payouts)" in the results tab? (for both the graph, and the stats undernearth)

I don't know where that screenshot is from or where the data is acquired from but there is other software that reads tournament lobbies directly however PokerTracker 4 imports from the hand history/tournament files WPN saves to your computer and as I mentioned we have been in contact with WPN about adding the extra required information and you can open a Support Ticket to be notified of any updates in this regard but I don't have any timescale for that as we are reliant on WPN to make the changes.

If you mean the 'Overview' report in the 'Results' section you can remove statistics from the lower report and hide the 'My C Won' line by right-clicking on the graph and changing the color of the line to white however the statistics displayed to the left of the graph are not configurable.

I'm on MAC OS 11.2.3 and after I updated it to the latest version yesterday the resolution is super blurry all of a sudden. How do I fix that?

My Notes box when I click on the players HUD to edit is now like 5x5 pixels, just the size of the X to close. Any idea what I can do to restore?

Can you please report this in a Support Ticket and let us know know your resolution/scaling settings (click 'Apple -> Settings -> Display'). In the meantime you can revert to the previous version of PokerTracker 4 here.

If by "off session" you mean when not playing yes you can do that. GGPoker do not create hands as you play anyway so they would always be imported "off session" into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'. Chico poker support requires the use of third party software to create the hand histories so that software must be running while you are playing but when you import the hands is completely up to you but if you don't import them while playing you will not have a HUD displayed on the tables.

The bug where player stats don't show up on hand histories is still there.

Presumably you mean the 'Include Basic Player Stat Values at Time of Hand' option when copying a hand to the clipboard from the Hand History Viewer? I will remind the development team about this and you can be notified of any update by opening a Support Ticket.

That's exactly the feature I'm talking about. Many tickets have been opened about this by many people over quite a many months now. It's not the end of the world but it is kind of strange that something so simple yet important has been missing for so long.
