We know PT4 won't work with WPN for tournaments because of the HHs but it's logging some data for Jackpot SNGs. Anyone know if the jackpot sngs chip ev graphs are accurate?

If you are referring to results then WPN do not provide tournament summary information in the hand history files and until they do there are no results for PokerTracker 4 to import. For any tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually using the Tournament Results window. As far as I am aware WPN are planning to add this information to their files and should that happen we can then look at adding support.

I am not aware of any specific issue.

That isn't being considered for many reasons - for example the lack of hand history files. Depending on your poker site you may be able to request copies of the hand histories played on your phone and then import them into PokerTracker 4 on your computer using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'.

Well for Jackpot SNGs on WPN it seems to be writing HHs (albeit missing some hands and sngs) and for this format it's helpful to see your chip ev so I'm wondering if these chip ev graphs will be accurate or if there's more missing info somewhere that's going to produce inaccurate chip ev graph.

It's writing HHs like this

and it's producing a graph like this (although unfortunately 20+ games are missing from this daily sample)

Are these graphs worth paying attention to? Despite missing some of the games, are they at least going to be accurate data for the games they do log?

If PokerTracker 4 is missing hands/SNG's then please send your sample to us in a Support Ticket but if your poker site is not providing them then you would need contact them about that.

Net adjusted chips are calculated on a hand by hand basis so having a hand missing will not affect the calculations for those hands that you do have but if, for example, a big all-in hand is missing from a Jackpot SNG with a large multiplier then that you wouldn't see that reflected in your 'Currency Net Adjusted' results:

Guide: Net Adjusted Winnings Graphs

Does the "Preflop action faced with size" filter for 3bets work the same as 2bets--it's the additional amount needed to call the 3bet?

So if Player A raises to 3bb and Player B raises to between 10bb and 12bb I would filter for "3ber preflop between 7 and 9"?

Yes it's the amount required to call.

GGPoker do not permit the use of a HUD so hands will not be imported as you play however hands downloaded from GGPoker can be manually imported into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'. If those hands are not importing please send your sample to us in a Support Ticket.

After I extracted the hands from the compressed folder to a different folder and imported the txt files by importing a complete folder it says that it imported the hands, but where do they show exactly? can't find them anywhere.. There is no tournament summary, it just shows that it has completed with 0 errors and 175 hand histories.

Make sure you have the correct player selected in PokerTracker 4:

Guide: Changing the Active Player

Your name in the files provided by GGPoker is 'Hero' regardless of your actual screenname so you will need to search for that and select that player with the GGPoker icon. Once the correct player is selected go to 'View Stats' and select '$' to see cash game data and 'T' to see tournament data.

I haven't created a new HUD in about 10 years and I have been purchasing custom HUDS. I'm still on my main first line and I was seeing that there are now 4 different VPIP stats. What's the difference between them?

VPIP
VPIP - Legacy Edition
VPIP (FR) v0.36 PH2
VPIP PH2

EDIT
WSD is W$SD correct?

In older versions of PokerTracker when a player received a walk it was considered as an opportunity to VPIP. In PokerTracker 4 that is not the case but the original statistic is included as a legacy for those that still wish to use it.

Those are custom statistics so I don't know how they have been built. If you view them in 'Configure -> Statistics' the creator should have included a description for the statistics on the 'Details' tab.

Yes. As above you can view descriptions for statistics via the 'Configure -> Statistics' menu option.

Hi PT4 support,

is PT4 able to run its HUD on ipoker? Specifically the Grosvenor skin? Also, if the HUD is unavailable, is there a way to get the HH imported so that i can see my graphs/stats etc?

All iPoker skins use basically the same software so and I've had confirmation PokerTracker 4 works on the Grosvenor skin:

iPoker Configuration Guide

Make sure the client is saving your hands and that the folder where hands are saved is added to PokerTracker 4 under 'Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> iPoker Network':

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\{iPoker Client Name}\data\{iPoker Screenname}\History\Data

If the client isn't automatically detected by PokerTracker 4 you can manually select the correct folder using 'Add'. If you do not see the AppData folder in Windows File Explorer then please refer to this guide. If that doesn't get things going please report this to us in a Support Ticket with your log file:

I don't know of a method to achieve that.

partypoker.com no longer provides downloadable hand history files as you play so a HUD will not work there but you can download hands from the partypoker client afterwards and import them into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk':

https://help.partypoker.com/en/poker...q/hand-history

If you are on a region specific skin with its own player pool that still provides hand history files as you play then a HUD would still be supported:

For cash games if you want to know how much rake was taken from pots that you won you would use 'Rake Attributed' but if you want to know the amount of rake from all pots that has come from you personally you would use 'Rake Contributed' or 'Rake Share' depending on the method used by your poker site (most sites use a contributed model). You can also view the descriptions for each of theses stats by selecting them in the 'Configure -> Statistics' window.

You can also download rakeback statistics to use in your reports/graphs from our Download Warehouse. What statistic you need depends on what type of rakeback deal you have - take a look at the rakeback statistics and see which is closest to your deal. You can tweak the values if the calculations don't match exactly. Once you have downloaded any statistics you need to import them via 'Configure -> Statistics -> Options -> Import' to make them available for your reports:

Guide: Configuring Reports

To view rakeback in your graphs take a look at the tutorial video on the Graphs page (the green "?" icon).

Trying to create a column that counts # of times a player open limped (so player limped but everyone folded to that player--no previous limps) called cnt_openlimp

Would this work?

cnt_openlimp=
sum(if[tourney_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_open = false AND tourney_hand_player_statistics.cnt_p_face_limpers = 0 AND tourney_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_limp, 1, 0])

Does cnt_p_limp already do what I want?

You can use this to count open limps:

sum(if[tourney_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_limp AND tourney_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_open_opp, 1, 0])

Hi Rob,

Forgive me if I'm missing something here, or have some filter still turned on, I've tried to turn it all off so its getting all my hands in my DB.

It seems to me like the final hands at showdown misses hands.

Here, you see I have 7 straight flushes lifetime.

But then here is a screenshot from a few days ago, where I make a STR8 flush with clubs, yet this straightflush isn't showing up in those 7? Why not?

I feel like PT4 has missed them for a while, cause I know a year or so back I had a heart royal on stars that isnt in here either. Am I missing something?
