Are you using preferred seating? If so you'd want to make sure that's setup correctly in PokerTracker 4 (Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Ignition) and your Ignition client. Also whenever you move/adjust the HUD you should then save those new positions by clicking the PT-icon on the table and choosing "Save Layout" however bear in mind that the stats at your table may not move to the correct positions until you have played and imported at least one full hand so you shouldn't move the HUD until after that. Once everything is setup then for future tables PokerTracker 4 will automate this placement for you (after the first hand has imported).

I don't use the preferred seating, I usually either leave the seats where they are or put myself along the top for my tables in the top half of the screen and the bottom on the tables on the bottom (so that I can always see my cards/timers when tables overlap, i prefer to keep large tables).

I know the hold 'em indicator software has this feature, but I prefer the pokertracker stats and use it to save the hands anyway.

Is the allin ev line/all in equity stat specifically calculated by when hands are allin before the river? Does it take any consideration into the rest of the hand or when river goes check/check and lose at showdown?

That's not possible with PokerTracker 4 but if you want to be automatically notified if this functionality is added in a future update then you can let us know in a Support Ticket.

Equity is only calculated and stored in the database for all-in hands at the point of the all-in so you won't see adjusted results for any other scenario.

After stopping each hands (stop getting hands), I keep getting this message. No matter whether I import or not, it comes back. Any idea how to fix it? It started since a recent update, or since I backed up the DB I think.

Is there an easy way to do population analysis? For example i want to see how often a cbet is folded to on the flop. What if you want to do filter for a small cbet vs a larger one?

Hi, big problem I just realized.

A lot of us are using old 888 client, but ever since 4.15.8, you ve removed preferred seating from the site configuration menu. As a result, hud stats are shown in the wrong seat.

Only solution is to revert to 4.15.7, but then Pokerstars tells you you are using proscribed program.

Please fix ASAP.

Also, one more thing. I recently started using Postgresql 11.2. I am aware there might be bugs with it, but -touch on wood- I haven't come across anything yet and there are performance improvements mainly because of multithread support.

Can you give us the option to remove the message informing us that postgresql versions later than 9.3 aren't supported?

Preferred seating settings for 888 still exist in PokerTracker v4.15.11 and both old and new clients are supported. If you are having an issue please report that to us in a Support Ticket:

Apologies - PokerTracker 4 actually disables those settings if it detects that the new 888 client is installed so do you have another version of the 888 client installed as well? If reverting to an earlier version of PokerTracker 4 isn't an option because you also play on PokerStars then in the meantime you can set your preferred seat in 888 to the bottom center seat to match PokerTracker 4 behaviour.

Since there was so much negative feedback on their client, 888 now offers the option within the client to use the old theme. So you go to settings/game settings and after you restart the client you get to use the old theme.

So technically, i am using the new client, but really I am playing on the old theme. I was updated automatically on the new client on Wednesday so that's why I noticed it now.

It's hard for me to play from the center seat, because a. I ve been playing on seat 4 for 10 years. b. I stack my tables and it's convenient to have me seating at the same spot everywhere. c. I am using my own theme in which 6 handed and 8 handed tables don't have a center seat.

I would really appreciate it if you offered a hotpatch for this.

Looking to create a filter for when Hero is facing a river donk bet? (this would be for bovada hands where all hole cards are known.)

If you are always in the same seat then you can just move the HUD panels and then save the new positions.

For this you can filter for CBetting the turn, facing a bet on the river and not having the opportunity to CBet the river:

Does pokerstars allow tabletracker still?

This is incorrect from what I understand. Stars contacted management about 2 weeks ago to let us know that they (table tracker/scanner) were no longer allowed and had to be disabled for Amaya (stars/tilt). I am not sure when they will be disabled but it should be very soon (likely the next beta update for each).

PT4 is the nuts, but I really wish it wouldn't minimize all my Hand Replayer windows along with the main client if I minimize the main client


If I have a review session set up with a bunch of hands queued up to look something like this:



And I wanna close the main client, all the Hand Replayer windows should just stay right where they are instead of also minimizing.

You can load the hands you want to review in a single replayer window by selecting the hands with shift-click or ctrl-click. When the hands are selected you can right-click and choose 'Replay Hands' (or just right-click 'Replay All Hands In Report' if you want all of them without the need for selecting). When the replayer window opens with more than one hand loaded you will have buttons to allow you to navigate to the previous/next/first/last hands in the top left as well as the dropdown to select specific hands.

Ignition client update has broken PT4 hand grabber & HUD. he IgnitionGrabber 1.0.11 status shows "Detected Unknown Ignition Version (Error: SPADE)."

I entered a support ticket. Anyone have experience on responsiveness & turnaround on this type of fix?

They just replied to the support ticket indicating that they have pushed a fix. Testing now.

I am playing on microgaming network via Grosvenor Poker skin, and im wondering whether there is a way i can import my HH into my PT4?

I understand that Grosvenor have blocked the use of HUDs but im just curious whether there is a way that i can import my HH in order to view my results and stats etc?
