Hello, I'm downloaded the latest version of pokertracker4 (4.15.7), and the hud doesn't show at the fastforward tables of party. It collects the hands, but no hud.

It works fine on the regular cash tables however. What can I do to be able to see the hud on fastforward tables?

Pleased to hear it. We've also recently released a beta version of a hand grabber that's integrated into PokerTracker 4.

Please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket along with a screenshot of the table window and your hand history file. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and depending on your Windows settings it will be a text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log'.

Dunno if I need to make a support ticket/bug report from this but:

I have the latest PT4 4.15.7. Tonight's session on iPoker had some results imported completely weirdly, resulting in incorrect totals.

First row Won is correct, and it is correctly converted to Won $.
Also -62€*is correct etc, but as you can see some of those are not converted to Won $, but rather the amount is same and negative. (For example the big pot.)

This conversion error did not just affect HHs from one table, but rather multiple tables.

There is a known issue with retrieving exchange rates for some sessions so go to 'Database -> Currency', select the sessions which have an exchange rate of -1 and click the 'Set Rates' button to fetch the correct exchange rates. Note that you can select a range of rows by holding shift and clicking the start/end and you can also select multiple ones individually by holding CTRL and selecting. If you want to be notified when a fix is available for this issue then please open a Support Ticket.

Yup, that solved it. However converting 2 short sessions took about 20-30min, and converting entire days worth of sessions like 5-6 hours.

Bugged sessions are happening again today, so it's probably best to just wait until the issue has been fixed and then fix all sessions afterwards?

This issue should be resolved with the release of PokerTracker v4.15.7 so you can fix all previous sessions. If you still have this trouble with new sessions under PokerTracker v4.15.7 please report that to us in a Support Ticket:

For ignition over the last 2 nights my PT4 isn’t putting a HUD on all the tables. It picks up the first table but the HUD doesn’t appear on the rest.

Is the poker tracker HUD supposed to be working now for Party; first it didn't work after party updated their software then there was a beta release of poker tracker which work and now the latest official update of poker tracker seems to have stopped it from working

2 questions:

Under "Results" is there any way to just show the hands and not have them grouped by stake/positon/session/date? (Like in HEM)

And as soon as I click on a group it shows me the results as graph but not the individual hands, what am I doing wrong?




And is it possible to have a dynamic HUD that changes the stats of villains according to their position like H2N does?

Can you tell me which tournament table-types are affected

Also why would you have a "fix" in a beta version and then remove the fix in the next or has party changed their hand histories in that time; i want to know because if there will be more issues with Party and poker tracker further down the line

If you just want a list of all your hands go to 'My Reports' and create a 'Hand Report':

You have 1 tag selected so click that dropdown and uncheck the tag you are currently using (the one with the black checkmark).

PokerTracker 4 doesn't track a hand in progress so that's not possible.

There is a mismatch between the table window and hand history file in some tournaments which have a decimal point in the guarantee e.g. '$7.5K Gtd'. If you want to be notified when the fix is available then please open a Support Ticket.

Party initally updated their software which caused issues with the HUD and then after PokerTracker 4 was updated in an alpha version they decided to revert most of those changes which broke things again for that version.

I don't know what changes Party may make in the future.

Is a HUD working for ACR yet?

Trying to setup new database with PT4 on new computer. After I download PT4 4.15.7 I get window titled "Configure PostgreSQL Database", I leave everything as default and select "create". I then get this PostgreSQL Database Error:

Unable to create PostgreSQL database: PT4 DB
Reason: Unable to login to database (template1). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "???" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

When you installed PokerTracker 4 did it ask if it could install PostgreSQL for you? If so did you notice if the PostgreSQL install completed successfully? Click your Windows Start button then type the following command:

services.msc*

and click on it when it appears. Do you see the PostgreSQL service in the list? Is it started, or can you start it? If the PostgreSQL service is not listed at all then it will need to be installed and we have a guide for that here.

I'm able to get hands while playing on partypoker fast forward but I can't get the HUD to show. I've followed the setup guide. Any suggestions?

Please open a Support Ticket with a PokerTracker4.log file that's recorded the trouble so that we can investigate that for you.

I've been using PT4 + BetOnline Card Catcher and everything works fine. I tried using the Sportsbetting poker client (same as BetOnline on the Chico Network) and having some issues. Card Catcher is working, and the HUD is poulating for everyone at the table except for me ("DandyWarhol" it caught 1 hand out of 10) It seems to be getting all the data on PT4. When I close the session "stop playing poker")however I can find any of the hands. Anyone else have issues with Sportsbetting but not BetOnline?

I figured it out, just had to delete some hand histories

ETA for 1M hand db conversion from My Currency $*to €?

I thought about making the switch earlier this month when I was fixing the incorrect sessions with -1 conversion rate, and it seemed like it might take forever, and there was no cancel button, so I just force quit PT4 from Task Manager (Probably most non-kosher thing you could do to a DB...) I didn't really have time to wait 2-3 days for DB conversion and play without PT4.

It apparently ****ed up my sessions somehow, since €*sessions are shown as $*in my currency, but the amounts won are exactly same despite the currency difference - i.e. using conversion rate of nearly 1.

Should these issues be fixed if I just change my DB currency to €*and have it set rates for each session? I'm probably not playing for a few days around New Year, so it would be decent time for this operation.

E: Looks like entire DB is ****ed up in the currency conversions. I have 38k different sessions in it. Also ETA on setting correct exchange rates for them? (Using historical data)

Have ran the currency conversion for about 12 hours now.

It says estimated time left is about 4942 hours. The progress bar hasn't gained what would even seem 1%. Should probably look for an alternative way to do this; probably rebuilding DB?
