I'm playing on Ignition again using PT4 & Ignition Card Catcher. PT4 doesn't show the cards that get mucked after the hand is over, only the ones that are tabled. I still have to click the Ignition review hand button to get this info on mucked hands every hand. Can PT4 fixed this?

The hand grabber gets its information from what is being sent to the table to be displayed and since mucked cards aren't displayed there that isn't currently possible.

To generate hand histories while playing requires the use of the Hand Grabber but downloaded hands can be manually imported into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'.

PokerTracker 4 does not track a hand while it's in progress so that's not possible.

How do I get the stats of the PT4 HUD to include hands that I played yesterday? It is showing stats only for hands played today.

So we can see what's going on here please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and depending on your Windows settings it will be a text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log'

Are you playing tournaments on a Mac? After a recent WPN software update the tournament histories from the Mac version are missing important information which means that they can't be imported into PokerTracker 4 until WPN fix this. If that's not your problem please report your issue to us in a Support Ticket:

when I play poker I use the software. I can never find my hand history in pokertracker 4 anwhere. ive cleared filters and made sure player selected was me. I can see the list during the session and afterwards but when I close it and look they are gone. any ideas?

Please send us a screenshot(s) in a Support Ticket so we can see what's going on here. Get the entire PokerTracker 4 window and don't zoom in on anything.

Party Poker withou HUD for everyone since the update. What happened?

The issue is not with the table window - it's due to the hand history files missing critical information and it's a problem specific to WPN Mac clients. If you open a Support Ticket we can let you know if we find out that WPN have fixed this.

This PartyPoker update has changed the information in the PartyPoker table windows which has caused an issue with the HUD and there has also been a change to some hand history formats. If you want to be notified when the fix is available you can open a Support Ticket.

For those of you playing at Party Poker please read this post in the PokerTracker forum.
We have an alpha version available which resolves some of the issues caused by the breaking changes in the latest partypoker update.

Just want to mention that if you do switch to the alpha version, you will have to do a database update which can takes hours depending on the size of your database. So don't try and do a cheeky switch on the first break during a Sunday session like I did

after recent update to x.6.1108 PT4 want to do DB maintaince again so I don`t have HUD even on PS today.
However first time I made forced DB maintaince after update it took just 20 mins even despite 50gb DB size.

After latest update PartyPoker HUD works but Pt4 can`t identify tournament buy-in and results after the import.

my updates somewhy taken just 10 mins both times I made it after respective updates.

There is a database update in this version of PokerTracker 4 however the older the specific version you are updating from then there may also be other updates required for your database(s).

Please compress and attach the hand history files for those tournaments to a Support Ticket. PokerTracker 4 moves your processed hand histories to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option where you should find your hand history files organised by site/date.
