hi, a few days ago I'm playing on partypoker.es, but unfortunately the hud does not work on all the tournaments even if the hands are important, this happens only with some tournaments ko, how can I solve this problem

This is a known issue that was reported after the merger of Partypoker.es and Partypoker.fr and it should be resolved in the next release. If you would like to be automatically notified when that's available then please open a Support Ticket.

Ive seen this happening to at least 3 people in thenlast 2 days. When trying to export hand histories from the last months using view stats/ my reports/ hand report/ ctrl+a/ export hand histories it says pocker tracker has detected an out of memory condition.

If somebody can open a Support Ticket and attach a PokerTracker4.log file that's recorded the trouble we can investigate this:

Hi, there is something wrong with my PT4, when I select 500z hands (only ~2k hands played), it's showing me sample and stats of 200z (~30k hands played). Idk how else to explain it, extremely bizarre. You should be able to see the entire issue just in this screenshot:



This is on Ignition, maybe some kind of issue with their HHs and classification within PT4?

Have you enabled 'Stats From Current Cash Stake Only' in 'HUD -> Edit HUD Options'?

Anyone know how to run a report or chance the filters/settings in PT4 so I can see how profitable hands are in each position (so I can create/build some sort of range)
Might be worth noting I'm talking for 6max cash games

ie how profitable 55 is in UTG, 22 In UTG or say 9Ts in MP

Try 'Statistics -> Report: Summary -> Group By: Starting Hands' and then add the position stat to the report:

So I wanted to do a review of yesterdays sng's I played . So I click on the sng tab, select the one I want to review but when I double click that one no hands would load ?

'More Filters -> Hand Details -> Player Position -> Preflop -> Position Of Active Player -> Exactly x' where x is the seat number e.g. UTG is seat 3 on a 6max table.
Total profit and bb/hand stats are already in this report by default.

Why when I import a database from a friend and we are on the same table, it just shows my hand instead of both hands since the program knows both of our hands ? is there some place to set up it ? I think its like the poker tracker didn't import his hand because he already had my hand on the same time, so didn't import twice, is like that ?

is there a way to make an alias of all players on my database ?


And how Do I configure a statistics to know the % of the time villain cbet OOP in a MULTWAY pot ?

If a hand is already in your database PokerTracker 4 will recognise it as a duplicate and not import it.

It is not possible to add all villains to a single alias but if you go to 'My Reports -> New Report' and create an 'All Players Report' you can see data from all players combined. Remove the 'Player' stat from the report and then you will see data from all players combined and not broken down into rows for individual players. To remove the stat you can just double click on it under 'Report Stats':

Also if you add a filter for NOT(Player is Hero) you'll see all the data for villains only without your own stats mixed in.

There is a 'CBet Flop Multiway' custom statistic in the Download Warehouse and then you can set the 'Has Position' item property in the HUD Profile Editor to 'Out of Position on Flop'.

Is there a way to run reports to see how profitable I am in certain situations with respect to my prize pool share in tournaments?

For example, I would like to know if I am profitable when I jam over a min-raise with <=15BBs to start the hand. However, instead of seeing whether or not I won chips on average, I want to see if I realized more prize pool equity on average than the ICM value of my chipstack after folding.

I am looking to create a stat. More specifically, fold vs BTN raise but from a specific player.

Any ideas how to do it?

Are there any US poker sites that I can use Poker Tracker 4 with on a Macbook Air? I currently use Ignition but I want to find a site where I can use a HUD.

You can review ICM decisions for individual hands in the PokerTracker 4 replayer however the ICM calculations for these hands is processed on demand so there isn't a built-in report for that.

See this guide for the basics on custom statistics creation and this guide for a deeper walkthrough. There may also be some similar stats if you search our custom statistic forum and there is a thread here on this particular topic.

I'm aware of that feature. It gives the best play based on a theoretical model, not empirical data. This model can give losing strategies if opponents are not rational. For example, in a satellite with 4 players remaining and 3 spots paid, if two players have 1BB and it folds to two players in the blinds who have 10BB, SB should shove 100% of hands, and BB should never call. However, shoving 100% of hands would be suicidal if BB has a calling range.

Many people use Poker Tracker to identify and plug leaks in cash games. For example, I recently read a post by somebody was able to determine he was losing money with 22-66 from UTG based on his personal results. He decided to start folding those hands. You are telling me there is no way to analyze tournament spots the same way? I can find spots where I am winning/losing chips, but can't tell whether I am gaining/losing prize pool equity.

If none exists now, would there be any plans for adding such a feature in the future?

Question about Pokertracker.

Long time ago I bought Pokertracker for 89.99 and just decided to get back into playing some poker again. When I try to use Pokertracker it doesn't work, and I now noticed that there is a PT4.

Do I really have to pay $100.00 again for PT4 after already buying PT3, or is there a way to upgrade my current software?

Would appreciate any insight from anyone!

Thanks for the reply to the ticket. Before going ahead and buying PT4 since i missed out on the upgrade from PT3 to PT4, is there any word of a PT5 or 6 coming out that I should know about so I can avoid paying for the software twice like I am about to do?

Does Ignition Hand Converter have the same issues in PT4 as it does with HEM 2 in that the hole cards are unknown in the replayer? The hole cards are in the hand histories.

There will be a PokerTracker 5 release but no decisions have been made yet on what upgrade discounts would be available to PokerTracker 4 owners and I don't know when that will be other than after Holdem Manager 3.

We don't support Ignition and I'm not aware of how PokerTracker 4 handles these converted hands so I'd suggest contacting the developer of the hand converter about that.
