Thanks for the info there.
I've looked into this and the "stats for the last X weeks" is all good, but can't get the "stats from the last Y hands" feature to work. I've tried all kinds of numbers for Y including 1, 10, 100, 1000, 12000, etc., and waited several minutes for stats to populate, but they just aren't showing up in the hand replayer. Is there some other box I need to have ticked here?

When the 'last X hands' option is used PokerTracker 4 cannot use the database cache so the data for the HUD has to be calculated on demand. As a result there will be a delay when using this option but how long that takes depends on a few factors including how big your database is. We recommend using the 'last X weeks' filter rather than 'last X hands' as that option can use the cache, and gives you recent data which is likely to be more relevant.

What site(s) are these tournaments on? The information provided in hand histories varies by poker site and if the results/winnings are not detailed in the poker sites hand history files and/or tournament summaries then PokerTracker 4 cannot always import them. For any tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually using the Tournament Results window.

It's pokerstars. there is a file called tournament summary, different from hand history file. I am not familiar with PT4, as I have been using HM/HM2 in the past, but HM has a report page which show results for tournaments, as well as cash games. I am just wondering if PT4 has something similar. Thanks.

PokerTracker 4 supports PokerStars summary files and there are a variety of built-in reports for tournaments that you can use to review your poker data. You can also modify existing reports or create your own custom reports.

Are you using preferred seating? If so you'd want to see these guides:

Guide: PokerTracker 4 Preferred Seating

Guide: PartyPoker Preferred Seating

Note that if you use the preferred seating option the stats at your table may not move to the correct positions until you have played and imported at least one full hand. If the positions still need adjusting then you can move the HUD stats anywhere by holding hold the Control key while dragging the HUD to the new location. You can also click the PT-icon and select "Unlock Layout" to move the HUD on the table without the need to hold the Control key. When you have your HUD placed where you want then on the table, you should then save the positions by clicking the PT-icon and choosing "Save Layout" so the new HUD positions are remembered for future tables. If you need any further assistance with this please let us know in a Support Ticket:

Hi there,

Is there an option in PokerTracker 4 to group a bunch of players so you can analyse playerpoule tendencies?

Hope you get what I mean.

Thanks

If you go to 'My Reports -> New Report' and create an 'All Players Report' you can see data from all players. To group the data on one line remove the 'Player' stat from the report and you can then add the stats/filters you want to use. If you also add the following filter: NOT(Player is Hero) you'll see the data from villains only without your own hands/stats mixed in.

Hello, I was recently asking this over in the HEM forum and they say its not possible currently. I was curious if PT4 had this option.

This is the message: "I have recently started using HUD filters. Specifically, the filter based of the number of players at the table.

Is it possible for me to add an exception to this filter based on the amount of hands I have on a certain player?

For example, I am playing 3 handed and have the filter set to only show hands from 3 handed, and when I am 2 handed I have a filter to only show hands from 2 handed.

Assume I am playing with a player I have 1000 hands (total) on, and another player I only have 20 hands on and have not encountered before.
Assume the player with 1000 hands gets knocked out and now I am 2 handed with the player I have 20 hands on that were all played while 3 handed, but now that we are 2 handed, I am shown 0 hands.

Is it possible to have an exception for this occurrence? Such as only applying the filter if we have 100 hands or more in the chosen filters on the player?"

Another solution would be to only activate the filters on certain opponents we manually chose.

Anyway, I want to know if its possible in PT4 and if so, I might be jumping ship. Thanks.

Filtering hands based on the number of players is a global filter applied to the table and it's not currently possible to customise it at this time.

Does PT4 now accurately report multipliers from ACR spin and gos?

Have a couple of questions about My Reports.

1. I know it's possible to filter players by color labels, but is it possible to see the labels as a stat? I want to be able to look at a report of all players and quickly see if they are labeled or not.

2. How can I make a stat that shows a player's average open raise size? (also 3bet and 4bet size)

How do I create a custom stat in PT4?

I want, for instance, to create a stat for a HU-table for how often my opponent raises while the effective stack is 11-14bbs.

Or if this is too big an ask, where do I figure out about this stuff?

Thanks.

ACR do not include the prizepool in their hand histories so that information is not available to PokerTracker 4. Results were made available via their software and we added support for that however the functionality of this changed earlier this year so that's no longer possible. For single table tournaments we can usually work out the prizes from the tournament structure and buy-ins but that isn't possible when the prizepool is random so for any tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually.

Unfortunately I don't know of a way to do that.

There are custom stats in the Download Warehouse called 'Average 2Bet Size (BB)' and 'RFI Average Size (BB)'. For the others there may be some similar stats if you search the custom statistic forum and if you want to create your own this guide covers the basics on custom statistics creation and this guide goes into more detail.

WSOP NJ no longer save hand histories to your computer so that's not possible unless they reverse this change.

Don´t know if someone said anything about this but on pokerstars europe (freshpt) some final tables are 7 handed and PT4 doesn´t have prefered seats for tables with 7 players and the clients has. On those tables the HUD is in the wrong places.

While preferred seating is not available HUD support for these 7 handed final tables has been added so we recommend that you disable any preferred seats in PokerStars and instead select 'Always Auto-Center Me'.

Add a filter for taking a second action on the turn and then NOT that filter.
