Hello! I have been a little off topic lately. Is it still no solution on "player 1" on PartyPoker? Can you reset players stats somehow? As I understand, you don't need save database now anymore?

That was a deliberate change made by PartyPoker. As a result PokerTracker 4 now defaults to show session stats for the anonymous players but it will still track your own results fully in your database as your own name is not anonymous in the hand history files. The anonymous names also only apply to regular cash tables and it doesn't affect tournaments or fast forward tables at this time.

The session stats for the whole table can be reset via the PT-icon on the table however it's not currently possible to reset an individual players session stats so if you want to be automatically notified if this functionality is added in a future update then you can let us know in a Support Ticket.

I was looking to upgrade and add omaha for pt4. When I go to my account it tells me there are no registration codes for pt4.

Think I have had pt4 since 2014 and I am certainly registered for it.

Do NOT buy PT4, here is my experience with it:

1.I've had it for a while and it mostly worked
2.Sometimes it magically stopped working
3.At some point it stopped ENTIRELY working on final tables, I've had this happen 5+ times
4.It tracks some opponents and not others
5.It stopped working for zoom, so PT4s advice? Reinstall
6.Ok it stops working everyday so I have to reinstall every single ****ing day because PT4 refuses to work for longer than 24 hours
7.I tell all this to PT4, send them my log and finally they decide to go on my computer to "fix it"
8.I've already told them that it works periodically, we spend 30 minutes doing nothing, changing databases etc
9.It works after we reinstall PS (what I've already been doing), guy says ok good luck
10.It stops importing hands and working on the 2nd tournament I enter, I have to switch back to a different database and it finally works after a few tournaments updating much slower than before
11.I finally just request a refund and was told no, DESPITE the software failing it's BASIC functions and failing me when I MOST need it (final tables)

It's a total nightmare and my goal is now to make them lose one customer because I just wasted my money for no reason when the software fails in the most basic tests of it's function.

I even told them to just refund me my money so I don't have to waste more people's time wasting more than $60 worth of hours servicing me or having to make these posts and they refused.

I don't know if other software is perfect, but I can tell you my experience with the PT4 product has been **** and I STRONGLY suggest others avoid it.

I noticed my All in EV wasn't working today.
Here is a picture of my graph for the day, I posted a hand history next to it (the biggest uptick in the graph).
As you can see, I got it in at a little less than 50% equity and won, but PT4 says I ran exactly at expectation for the day.

Probably should metnrion that hand was 3 bet pre. Shortstack was all in pre, me and the larger stack got the rest in (about 75bb) all in on the flop.

Adjusted equity is not calculated in hands like these - see this thread.

How would I go about adding RFI to my advanced statistics section? I go to Configure -> Statistics, find RFI, select it and hit apply but it isnt adding it to the section.

If you are trying to add a statistic to a report then that is not done via 'Configure -> Statistics'. Instead right-click on the report you want to edit and select 'Configure Report':

I don't know exactly what you mean by "Advanced Statistics" section so can you please clarify exactly where you are in PokerTracker 4 or attach a screenshot.

some of my stats are very slow to load on my popups, i a told to to a custom cache rebuild but pt4 keeps crashing when it do. Anything i can do

Near the top left, I am on the "Statistics" tab. Below on the left, I click the "advanced" tab.

On the bottom it list all stats by position. VPIP, PFR, 3B, etc. I would like to add RFI to this row.

Please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can see what's causing this:

Hi Guys!

I am planning on purchasing PT4 at the end of the month once my previous hud service ends.

My query is - I often during my grind switch to my tablet for like 5 minutes every hour and a half to smoke (this takes a bit longer than the break due to me not smoking where I play and having to move outdoors).

I was wondering if there is anyway to facilitate these hands to be also tracked by PT4. I am afraid that if I am playing the Big 3, go smoke and play on the tablet, and return to the computer several times during the tourney, that not only the hands will not be recorded but that the program will be unable to track the tournament correctly. My Current HUD (Jivaro) seems to have some issues with this when looking trough my hand history online (tournaments are not logged correctly, hands are out of order, etc).

I understand this is an issue with my ****ty self and not exactly your program, but I was just wondering if there is a workaround! Hopefully this will make me smoke less if there there is none!

On your Windows computer you can request previous hand histories from the PokerStars client and this should include hands you've played on mobile devices. These can then be manually imported into PokerTracker 4 (Play -> Poker Get Hands From Disk) to fill in the gaps in your tournaments.

Thank you for the reply! That sounds great! I assume the hands would not duplicate if I import a whole tourney and PT4 would just fill in the hands missed? I was wondering as well how this would affect core stats for me and opponets, I assume those would not carry over from the hand histories?

Any hands that have already been imported will be recognised as duplicates by PokerTracker 4 and those hands will be skipped. The hands that do import from any played on a mobile device will also update the stats for yourself and your opponents in PokerTracker 4.
