When I press the '' remove all filter'' option and want to revieuw a session of mine . I get the same message over and over again

So how does one fix this ?

Can I even get the HUD to work?

There´s still an active filter running on the report. Sometimes people overlook the "Flags" filters tab make sure there isnt a single box ticked there.

I just checked, none of these ''flags'' are checked marked . But im getting the same message as before

Did u ren any expression filters on the Filters > Add New Expression Filters tab? Or the Show Marked Hands Only box ticked? or any of the marked hands lables you might have?

That would be because €1 NL hands are above the stakes supported by a small stakes license.

Fix what exactly? The messages you have mentioned are not errors so is the problem that you are not seeing any data in your report and it's empty? If your report is empty then in any report which shows your individual hands one per row, there is a bar at the top for selecting tagged hands so make certain that 'Show Marked Hands Only' is disabled and that the dropdown next to it says 'No Tags Selected' by selecting it and unchecking any checked tags. If that does not help then right click the empty report and select 'Configure Report'. In the window that appears, click 'Restore to Default' and then 'OK'*and see if that resolves the issue.

Yes. Ensure 'Save My Hand History' is enabled in your Americas Cardroom client and then it will save your hands to /Users/YOUR MAC USERNAME/AmericasCardroom/YOUR ACR SCREENNAME/HandHistory. Next make sure that PokerTracker 4 is configured to read from that folder in 'Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> Winning Poker Network' and once that is setup you can test this on a table by clicking 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing'.

Hey, I'm having an issue with the positioning of the pop-up HUD displays on ACR... basically the HUD popups are always to the side and not in front of the player and whenever i try to change it manually when playing it goes back to being wonky and it only ever applies to the 1 table i change it on...

If you are referring to the positions of the HUD itself then after moving it you need to save the changes by clicking the PT-icon and choosing 'Save Layout' so the new HUD positions are remembered for future tables.

not getting any responses now for some reason for Ticket #307935

basically: the HUD executable file can not be found



the HUD executable is out of date - please reinstall PT4

when I resinstall, its missing that same file and has to abort. I've disabled my AV, restarted a million times, installed older versions (works once, then whenever I open the program again it says my files are out of date)

I did get things working briefly with stars only, but this entire problem stemmed from using HUD with party. the second I click get hands while party is open, both clients immediately shut down

backup your databases from postgresql admin panel and uninstall everything, delete all the folders, reboot pc, reinstall everything and restore the databases.

When you "bump" an existing support ticket by adding new messages before we have a chance to reply this resets the date of the ticket and therefore it will show up in the bottom of the support queue again so please do not reply to it again before you hear from us. I have manually moved your support ticket so you should get a reply from a support technician later today.

I have one site importing hands as USD when it's actually another currency. Is there some way, without altering the HHs, to get PT4 to treat them as non-USD?

What site is this on? What currency are the hands being played in? Are you looking at 'Game Currency' statistics or 'My Currency' statistics in PokerTracker 4? 'Game Currency' statistics should display in the same currency as the original hands however 'My Currency' statistics could display another currency depending on your settings.

My HUD is not appearing on WPN when playing PLO. It appears when playing NLH and the hands appear to be downloading. Mac OS

Please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can see what is going on here. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
