Right click on the empty report and select 'Configure Report'. In the window that appears, click 'Restore to Default' and then 'OK' to see if that fixes things. Also if you are in a report which should display individual hands make sure 'Show Marked Hands' is disabled and that the drop down says 'No Tags Selected' by selecting it and unchecking any checked tags. If that does not help then please send a screenshot of the entire PokerTracker 4 window along with your log file to us in a Support Ticket:

To do that you can add another HUD group to your HUD profile, set it to display 'Table Averages' and add the 'Live Amt BB' stat to that group - see this guide for details.

I'm having trouble using PT4 on Microgaming (Pokerloco), I have a Mac and I have already read your guide how to setup Microgaming on PT4, but the problem is that the software doesn't find Microgaming on my computer.

If your Microgaming Mac client is saving hands to a GameHistory.dat file you can manually import them now using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk':

/Users/username/Library/Application Support/com.SITENAME.mpn.SITENAMEMPP.wine/drive_c/Microgaming/Poker/SITENAMEMPP/GameHistory.dat

If you want to be notified if we are able to add auto import support in a future update please open a Support Ticket.

Is there a stat something like "fold to any aggression"?

For example, on the flop, villain lead bet and i raise, then villain fold. So the "fold to any aggression" stat is 1/1. The "fold to F bet" stat does not capture this right?

On the next hand, on the flop, i lead bet and villain fold, so the "fold to any aggression" stat is 2/2. Now the "fold to F bet" is just 1/1.

So basically i just need some general/overall stat on him folding, whether i donk bet , c bet, or check raise or 5 bet him or whatever.

There isn't a built in stat for that but if you need that for the flop you could create it by combining the columns for 'Fold to F Bet', 'Fold to F 2Bet', 'Fold to F 3Bet' and 'Fold to F 4Bet' in a custom statistic. See this guide for the basics on custom statistics creation and this guide for a deeper walkthrough. If you want to count this for all streets together you would need to add 'Fold to T Bet', 'Fold to T 2Bet' e.t.c.

I just built a custom stat called "Won money at the Show Down after any 2 consecutive aggressive moves" as per request of a customer. I can make a variation of this to display folds too, hit me up if you´re interested.

Did Poker Tracker Update the software so that it displays correctly for 4K resolution? I had tried the demo a month back, but the setup screen was squished.

We're aware that high resolution screens are becoming more common however this is not a simple change to make. If things are too small on your screen you can enable magnification in Windows (right-click your desktop, select "Display settings" and change the % under "Scale and layout") however some PokerTracker 4 windows won't look right at higher magnifications and you may need to make some of the dialog windows in PokerTracker 4 larger in order to see all of the controls. If you would like to be automatically notified if any changes are made with regards to this issue in future then you can let us know in a Support Ticket.

The hand history file is called 'GameHistory.dat' so you need to point PokerTracker 4 to that specific file and not a file with any other name.

Winning Poker Network has now enabled real time hand histories in jackpots/sng 2.0 with player names changing their no HUD policy for those games.

since a couple of days my hud is not displaying at final tables on stars of 6max tournaments. They have reverted this to 7max final tables, so I guess it has something to do with that but it's pretty annoying to not have it working at final tables. Any help would be appreciated. Multiple friends of me experiencing the same problem.

hey, i recently purchased a laptop and they gave me an option to upgrade the display to 4k. however when i opened pt4 on the new laptop. there was severe scaling issues on many programs not just pt4. i tried every single option of changing resolutions and scaling. i also tried to disable scaling on the compatability tab on pt4 properties. nothing has worked. regardless of any resolution+ scaling option i do i get the same result. 90% of the tabs are cutoff, and the numbers on the graphs are at the font size of 2 and are unreadable. did anyone have this problem. i heard people fixed it on 4k monitors. however i have a 4k laptop so that might be a difference.

Please make sure you are using the latest version of PokerTracker 4 as a similar fix was already made available for other tournaments that made this change earlier but if you were already on PokerTracker v4.14.26 can you please report this via our support system and attach the hand history files from these tables. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your processed hand histories to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the "File -> Open User Data Folder" option.

I do not have anything further to add to the replies you have received on this topic in our forums and in your support ticket.

Try to right-click on PT4 shortcut or Pokertracker4.exe in the programfolder, go to properties and compatibility then choose to run PT4 with the 'override high DPI scaling behavior and choose program.

Thanks for this. PT4 isn't DPI aware (apart from the Hud) so overriding the 'program' behaviour doesn't do anything, but if you select 'system' it does seem to work OK. (Do NOT select 'system (enhanced)' though as this stops some Hud functionality working.)

What is the status of microgaming support for windows right now?

Is there still the issue of not all hand histories being saved (only those that Hero puts money into the pot, on reg tables)? Does PT4 allow those that are saved to be imported anyway (found a thread on the PT forums and saw an error in PT4 suggesting this)?

Are there any custom stats to correct for the sample bias, if so?

Microgaming do not provide full hand histories in cash games when you have not contributed to the pot so these games are no longer supported. The hands that are saved can still be imported with PokerTracker v4.14.23 however you should note that if you have made any changes to your HUD profiles in later versions of PokerTracker 4 then these profiles will have new configuration information so PokerTracker v4.14.23 won't be able to read your profiles file, meaning you would only have default profiles after reverting.

I haven't seen any custom statistics created related to the changes MicroGaming have made. I do not know what statistics you would want to create for this scenario but that could be possible.

How long does it take to fix tracking party handhistories? It's been atleast 4 days.

Partypoker have changed the format of the hand histories in these tournaments and we have an alpha version of PokerTracker 4 available with a fix for this so if you would like to try it out please open a Support Ticket.

Created a new database last night and imported some hands into it, tried to play today and the pt4 wasnt importing the hands, gave me an error like "FATAL ERROR sngm does not exist" sngm is my hud name.

tried to "get hands while playing" on my old database and it worked perfectly
