PokerPlaner - Page 7 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

Guys, can anyone help me. HM support is awfully slow and uninterested.

I just can't get HUD running. HEM is importing and storing hands. Autodetection is OK, but i don't have HUD or any info about played sessions. I think the problem is with HEM but i don't know what.

hey, can I make this program work with ptr4 for enet? I do not have hem. if so how much would pokerplaner cost me?

Did dig around at pt3 (maybe pt4 later), so far not much luck. (regarding the PT HUD). Contacted the PT guy here on 2+2. PT lacks something like a hem table manager. If PT is not sharing the info about how they locate a table window, there is limited hope i will find it myself...

quick note:
If you use "Convert Folder ..." on enet, the text files will be used, which leads to alot errors when importing. next release 337+ will fix this issue. for now convert present files via "convert present history files too" anmd autoconvert and your recieve next to perfect results

Enet and PokerTracker
Pokerplaner cannot make PT3 HUD work as it is now, but Pokerplaner has very simple build-in HUD which can be used to display main player stats (You would need enet converter + buildin hud, and could use Pokertracker)....

one of the latest ENET software updates introduced a NEW bug. Only one Hand is stored per table atm.

i can switch the a alternative hand history source. But this will go along with a much lower hand history quality.....

watch for an upcomming pokerplaner release

yes, this is part of the story.... and you see the holecards in case you haven't folded also only because i repair hand history if possible

Мy story in that the hands not be imported into hem ... after 337 update, all settings are correct and I do not know where is the problem????

ok and based on this info, what do you expect me to do? If i had this kind of problem (thinking all settings still ok), i would sent the developer original (and convered) handhistory and name a few specific errors, i got....

since ENET broke the handhistory with one of the latest updates, only a low quality handhistory is available. But even so, it's good enough to get stats of your opponents.... i hope they will make it work again..... maybe if many people write them they have only ONE hand in the in game handhistory, things move quicker.....

yes, 100%. Just two days ago i was playing two tables for ~30min with no issue. (did this because someone reported, converting stops after 10min....)

both. only difference is, with hem1 tables are autodetected (after one time table finder) and on hem2 you need to use table finder on every table.

EDIT: test two days before was with hem1
