1) most common mistake is forgetting the skin prefix, f.i. when you play on poker4x, it is not HERO, it's p4x-HERO.

2) understand that you have on most the hud, it might help to create a hud for every xmax, and afterwards assign is accordingly. (if you play on APN, missing HUD might be because off buggy hand history on this table)

2) I do play on APN and i think it's the bug issue. Also, HEM often recognize FR table as a 6max. Is there any solution than avoiding problem tables? I play on enet and there is not very big selection of tables at my limits . Also that could mean a lot of -EV for me.

2) use the latest release of PokerPlaner when playing on APN as i made some effords to improve HEM autodetection with paynorake and betonline. Yes, it a bug issue, but not of PokerPlaner, it's related the APN itself. Some APN issues PokerPlaner can fix, but not all. And wrong max detection of HEM with APN tables is known, only >solution< is to create separate huds for each xmax and assign it manual.

How can i make seperate HUDs? Give me a link if u already described it somewhere.

the hint with separate HUD came from another customer some time ago.... never did it myself. i guess where ou create your hud (within HEM!!!), you can also copy it.... just name the hud xxx_max6, xxx_max10, ....

as HEM cannot distinguish between 4max and 6max for enet to party converted hands, the idea is to create two popup's (HUDS) and assign one to 4max and one to 6max. popups are created in HEM anbd assigned via table finder.... you can "clone selected popup"

ENET HH CONVERTER:
- people with weak machines might want using release 315, here converting hands need now only 1/3 of the time it took before.

This makes the process stable and did remove the restrictions of the old scanning engine. Some tweaks i will add in the future. That bug is consistent on same tables (Forli and Cefalu). It would not be a big problem if there was more FR tables at enet, but today for example there is only 4 FR tables at NL20 through NL50 and i can't play two of them.

Is there any solution on horizont?

I have problem only with some tables while others work just fine within same session. Every table named Cefalu or Forli don't show HUD elements.

I couldn't find anything on adjusting table names in HEM. Could you elaborate on that plz?

lately i put my focus on PokerStars features:

PokerStars SnG Seater,
- automates SnG registration
- uses PokerStars color scheme to assign player scores which sum up to a tables score
- you define how many tables you like to play at the same time and how much in total, and you will be registered automaticly to the juiciest tables

PokerStars FishFinder/Table Selection,
- know using a defferent technology to scan the lobby -> fast and robust
