no idea what input you have in mind, for poeple it's just the org hh folder, which is than converted.......

i think they do not save the handhistory anymore on the local disk. so, there is no quick fix making it work again.

i will see if i can make it work again, but in any case it will take time.... no promises.

i hand one ages ago, but than they changed to saving handhistory as picture and only manual..... that time it broke..... since that time i haven't had a second look as of next to no time....

do they save hh meanwhile again!?


BTW: added a new output format (for cash atm) : OnGame.
might be useful as tracker don't show all infos if f.i. PokerStars format is used as of PokerStars rules..... still looking for original OnGame tournament hands to add mtt support as well....

Program crashes 3-4 times in every session. Loads of hands go unconverted I don't know why.

Yes I do mean always. I put a jpg url into the google images search, and before the results come, it crashes instantly.

And PokerPlaner tells me that it converted 29k hands, while HoldemManager sees only 16k. I delete the database, reconvert and re-import hands, it says 8k. So it changes all the time but it's always far from the ideal number.

for me it doesn't crash, but wouldn't have expected to reproduce this based on your explaination.

if you repeat the process of converting and importing hands multiple times, you end up with same results.... anything else would simply make no sense at all. there is nothing random in the process....

HEM2 is known to be unable to import perfectly converted hands, as HEM2 will check certain network specific (the network used as output format) rules. Going into details here makes not much sense as something like 8k of 29k i have not ever seen yet. The worst network i crossed was chico/apn/euqity, which have a very bad original handhistory quality. And PokerPlaner might even convert incorrect hands which only on tracker import will be thrown as errors, as PokerPlanes job is to convert hands not to verify/detect invalid hands....

but in the end, you need to have a look at your situation. As always, if someone provides me with correct org hands which are not converted correctly, i fix things. And i indeed ask you to find those hands, as i already spend my time on reaching a very good converting quality and not have a complete review whenever someone tell me f.i. my winning in HEM doesn't match my real winnings. In 99% the cases its not PokerPlaner fault in the end.

I was probably doing something wrong. Just reconverted and reimported all hands, %99 percent of them got imported.

That spesific crash about google images still continues. I tried it just now (I'm using Google Chrome, Windows 10) and it crashed all the same. I ran PokerPlaner as administrator. Searched "random image" on Google Chrome. Got the link, pasted it into the images search page. While the results were coming, it crashed. It's not a problem though. I just mentioned it because of its weirdness.

i want to get error reports, as this help me to fix problems i might never cross myself.... even if i would prefere the direct way through skype.... i again tried google search with chrome (on Win7) without getting a crash....

i know alot are waiting for this update, but i forgot who is waiting for it exactly.... were just to many...

new client of Europebet, Pokerdom, Spartan, Poker Upfront and argenlive is now supported with 781. When PokerMira updates the client it should work also.

a month or so, they changed their client. now the hands need to be taken directly from the client. i managed to do a grabber which i sell same price as the converter. grabber includes the converter..... if you have only the converter, you need to buy the grabber. latest release already includes the grabber support.782+

In latest release of PokerPlaner 787 i added chico support for the new software used. It's barely tested atm, but a short test was working without any obvious problem. As this was a major change in software chico use, you need to buy the chico grabber.

Argenlive is support in PokerPlaner aswell. it's called PokerdelasAmericas in Pokerplaner. It was the first skin of ArgenLive which was supported, i just forget all the time to use the correct name for the network here

no, there is a new chico grabber in 787..... tiger i tested yesterday eve, betonline likely needs a small addition but will be in chico (so far i thing tiger and betoline are on that network)

betonline will be supported in version 788 of Pokerplaner. I will upload this in an hour or so....

The 8-max SNGs on Betonline are being recognized as 10-max by HM2 using Pokerstars conversion. I can set the HM2 to 8-max for each table individually but the HUD still shifts around often. I asked in the HM support thread about a fix but they didn't offer one since it was an unsupported site..any ideas?

think thats the wrong approach. i always tell people, when they face the problem that two different x-max of a source site end up on same x-max in the target format, they should copy the x-max hud and assign the copy manual to the less often used x-max of soucre site.
