Can someone explain to me what exactly this software does/can do? I want to use it for bovada and betonline (chico network)

all skins of a network are meant to work. didn't tried betcoin.ag myself, but if you like you send me a hh file and i check it. if it's not working it is usually easy to add.

if it doesn't extract hands when it should do so, you need to use the "?-Button" which is hidden in the screen beneath the popop. Do this while playing or watching video history. Eventual it will say success and you can extract the hands....

Do you offer 1/2 day trial for hand converters? I mean, I'd like to try a room for a couple of days and see whether I like it or not, and obv I'd like to have my own HUD on them

This is exactly one of the reasons i do not offer trials for handconverter. I have no interest spending my time issue trials just so poeple can try a pokersite. If they need a hud to try it out, they should buy the converter or try without.

PokerPlaner crashes after ~10 minutes of use.
Any idea how to fix it?

so far i have only one reporting a crash and it's most likely yourself. even if there were no fixes specificly because of a crash, the general advice is to use the latest release. Also, PokerPlaner might conflict with other tools you use, so i would advice you to reboot your machine to have a clean point to start with. than only turn on your client and pokerplaner (and your tracker if this is about a handconverter)

also make sure your system resources are not hitting a limit (memory, disk space,....)

Hi, as said in pvt, I have a problem while using Table Tamer. It seems that, when the converter works, TT doesn't. Any suggestion?

I do not check PokerPlaner with other thrid party software.

I noticed you supported GG network in the past, any plans to resupport it?
Also what about web-based poker rooms (indian and chinese rooms)?

gg net changed writing hh in the past when they only saved it manual and as picture. not reviewed it since, so might still same. on the other hand, i might give it another shot, just virtual no time atm

some webbased clients are supprorted, as f.i dollaro. in general it's something dependant on the specific network. if hands are saved to disk, i can do a converter, if hands need to be extracted, it's always more complicated and might not always be possible

does your handhistory converter work for the new Poker Maven software? I just want to convert the handhistories so I can import them in a tracker. No Hud or anything needed. (I also just use that Poker Maven software in a Browser so I doubt a Hud works there).

looks similar to poker 666.

if hands are stored to disk, it in general a piece of cake doing a converter. but most time hh is only available online, and getting the hh is the main trouble.

as for 666, its the case, but i might do a hud for it. not sure yet, as dependend on number of request and poeple sharing risks of developing it.

The HHs are online, but you can "save" them and copy and paste them into a .txt file. I would have no problem doing this, I just need a converter to convert them after the session for keeping track and putting them into hem. If you want I can send you some sample hhs that I have saved.

might be good enough for you, but to make it worthwhile for me i guess it needs to be a real time hud....

I just changed my motherboard and processor (same HDD and SDD, btw). But license doesn't work. I payed for it just 14 days ago, can we fix it?

this is seen as a new computer. license is bound to one computer and not moveable. All told before buying in infos and when doing the request.txt.

do you have a website? I tried to find out the renewal price.
