I will share here my extremely NEGATIVE experience with the guy selling pokerplaner.

I've bought it at the beginning of last year for the first time, and at the end of this year I took another year for my license even before it expired. 20 days later, my motherboard died so I had to replace motherboard and cpu. After spending my money on that I didn't think I will have to give anything else but, when I asked owner of this product to replace my license he said that it can't be done, that license is tied to 1 computer and that he doesn't care if I won't use it any longer since my motherboard is not working, I need to pay for another license.

So, only 20 days after my purchase I need to pay for another 1 year license because I had to replace my pc components?!

Because of that, I've bought another converter because of that, for cheaper price and tied to username/not computer with lifetime license. I won't name it here though since this is the thread of pokerplaner.

I thought that it's in best interest of everyone here to know just what to expect if something similar happens.

I will never understand how ignorant someone must be to know a that a license is bound to a single machine but yet whining like a little one when needing a new one because having a new computer. How those people survive in real life? If this is a problem for you, just stay away.

Yes, binding a license to a single machine and let it be used with ANY username at ANY skin of a network is so far better than binding it to a username. ^^

But no problem, everybody is free to discuss binding his license to a username, if he thinks this fits his needs better.

NOTE: Europe-bet Grabber is put OUT OF WORK by latest changes of Europe-bet. If / when i make it work again is not decided yet. Anyway very little interests here.

you shouldnt waste time offering grabbers for networks that have superusers/housebots like GG/europe bet

work on auto timebank on enet software instead

I can recommend the product and the customer service 100%. I lost my license due to my own fault and nolte recovered my license within 12 hours.

i was able to reenable the europe-bet hand converter. it's now much better/faster and DOESN'T require your login data anymore.

also, there are handconverter for Pokerdom and PokerMIRA available.

+1 and auto-rebuy would be nice too

i am able to convert hands from hive network and auto-import them in hem2(party poker) but the HUD is not showing . Someone please help me .I followed video but the things i can see in those video do not match with hem2 . Please help me

lol, first when i got note of a post form you here, i expected you line up with the crybabies here. as this is not the case, it's a for you

but let me take the chance here to clear myself. There is no good docu for setup, but there are handconverter videos, which show setup f.i. for hem1/enet. Some infos is also on the pdf. if this is not good enough, besides some general hints, poeple are meant to take remote setup support. It's cheap and meant not to waste time, yours and mine.

general infos are:

1 - run PokerPlaner as admin
2 - configure your org (original) and conv (converted) folder
3 - adjust to your tracker and prefered output format (adjust to:....)
4 - autoconvert
5 - import hands to your tracker

if that is not working, something unusual is happening on your machine or you did the above wrong. That's where remote setup kicks in. remote setup is not meant for me to earn money, it's meant for me only needed to do setup where someone cannot... if i wouldn't charge for it, i would do it all the time, which i cannot effort.

you can do it sketso, ive had people that couldnt copy paste an image into their hive folder find how to run the hud

i have done all that
hands are importing but no HUD...also when i click active session the entire number of hands i've played are shown in the session and table finder cannot find tables.

try pokerstars instead of party

on pokerstars they are not even importing..could you please add me on skype and help skype-sketosomania

All my converter are meant to enable PT3/4 Hem1/2 HUD. So, basicly PokerPlaner does live convert hands and enable the tracker hud. Also the HUD is autoattached.

I am having a problem. When I play HU it saves me and my opponent as one player in HM2. How do I fix this?

this is not pp related, as i see no way a hand history can join two player......

my guess would be that in hm2 you used aliases to join nicknames
