Does pokerplaner work for tourneys on Enet?

I have both PT3 and PT4 and the HUD works fine on cash tables, but it dont work on tourney tables for me.

hmm... remember having faced that question not long ago and i did adjust the converter so it worked for tourneys afterwards as far as i remember. But i honestly do not remember which converter it was and if i only checked the result with HEM1.

Basicly, i see no general reason it cannot work with tourneys...

- are your tourney hands get converted?
- are your tourney hands get imported?

if your answer is yes to both, than we might figure things out via teamviewer session.....

yes, i see the lack of information here.

But basicly, there is not much to do for Pt3/4....

- check PT HUD in PokerPlaner
- import IGT Hands

=> lastest none beta of PT3 is supported
=> PT4 did drop IGT support not long ago, so you need a older version where IGT is still supported

ok, just answered in skype, but here again in case you think offical it's different....

1. there is a video showing hem1 setup
2. pokerplaner.pdf -> starlive is adding some useful infos
3. HEM2 is same (import party hands + use table finder all the time)
4. PT3 is using PT HUD in pokerplaner and import IGT hands
5. PT4 same as PT3 as long as PT4 supportes IGT, which was dropped in lastest version of PT4

==> setup should be possible based on the infos.
i did separate teamviewer support price because poeple can save that money when doing the setup themself, which a lot do. If you cannot do it or simple want to save time or don't want to care about it, feel free to order teamviewer support.

Im using the old PT4. HHs is importing on PT4. But the hud is not appearing onthe table.

As i said, i would expect any PT4 with IGT support to work. Don't remember which i did try, but for sure not a beta.

Starlive was updated regarding tournament / SnG.... but mostly because of HEM, and even more to make HEM1 autodetection work on it.

PT4 needs to have IGT (Entraction) support. This was droppend by PT in one of the lastest updates.

I have a purchased license and can not get it to work at all.
I have no idea where the HH are stored on my computer and have spent 3 hours trying to get the converter to work.
I am at my witts end.

atm i don't even know, what exactly you got, as i offer pleanty converter...

- on peoples/enet/yat the hh org folder is where the exe is.
- on action poker you find the hh folder via apn table -> hand history
- on starlive it's a grabber, so no org directory. watch the video and read pokerplaner.pdf - starlive

not sure why you waste 3 hours of your time, as i do offer teamviewer setup for 15€ for people who don't want to care about setup
