As you may know. HEM is having problems with data accuracy. Winnings are too small and rake is too big. I have discovered why is that. I found a hand in my HEM where pot is recorded as rake and vice versa.

Maybe that is not the only issue, but it is something you can point to the enet team. Maybe you can deal with it alone?

I'm using V1.40 374 because as far as i can see, nothing has changed with enet in newer editions of PP.

thx. is it a enet bug, or do you believe pokerplaner is doing it wrong. honestly i believe pokerplaner does it always same way. if it a enet bug, i would need the org hh file, so i could have a look... forget talking to enet team they already ignore the one hand bug they have....

do not remember in which release, but in one of the latest i think i could fix enet one hand bug => you can use high quality hh by unchecking 1hand bug again. might also fix that rake/winning issue if you use the txt files atm

I'm really not sure who's bug this is. But i'm sure there is plenty more to be discovered.

In a few next session i will look at the difference between winnings and rake. i.e. I will subtract real winnings from HEM winnings, and that amount subtract from rake. That amount should be the real rake if that bug is the only problem.

this is rather pointless as long as you use the "1-hand bug" checkbox. Why? Because it would assume ALL hands are imported and there is more than one reason a hand cannot be converted when 1 hand bug is in place.

There is another bug. If you play a multiway pot with bot main and side pots, and you win it all, it only writes the mainpot to the hh. So you win significantly less, and in many cases the hand figures as a loss in HEM.

is it this way in the org hh? If it's in the org hh ok, than plz send me the org hh..... otherwise it's a enet bug

Sorry, what I meant was, that I think its an enet bug. However, Ill send you the hh tomorrow, then you can take a look at it.

I recently bought the Yatahay Handconverter and it works smoothly, but here are a few minor things I noticed:

1. It doesn't work with CAP tables; all other table types work great.

2. The handgrabber automatically closes the "Do you really want to leave the table?"-windows and others, too. For some this might be a nice feature but I would really like to deactivate it. Is this somehow possible?

3. The are some problems when playing Yatahay and Party Poker at the same time, since it converts to party format: The HUD layout must be the same like for party (this is a HEM-problem obv). And the time zone is different to party (party poker has its own time zone while the converter uses the PC time) which leads to HEM not correctly noticing the sessions. A customizable time-offset for the converted HH to adjust to the party time zone would be really nice and should be easy to code. Would that be possible to add?

2 - need to add an option for it, atm it's not possible to turn it off

3 - think, i take the time as it is in the org hh, but ofc could add an option to add an time offset....

I'm having trouble with preferred seating on Chico. I have planer set to party poker and all is working, but I play hu and 6 max and as I understand it, I have to set both types of table to 10 max in table manager? How do I set the 6 max tables so the hud pops up where i want it to on every table?

i usual advice not to use prefered seating (but was told, it's working too).... hem, usually autodetect table size, if not f.i. hem cannot detect 4max, you need to set it manual to the correct x max and move hud to the places..... setting all tables to 10max is wrong, as this way you never will get correct hud placement of differenct x max

Today when I started PP I received the message that this build had expired. I downloaded the latest one as usual and followed all the steps. However when I restarted PP I still got the built expired message. I replaced all files. I downloaded built 403. Any idea what the problem could be?

Just a quick note:
IGT Poker is no longer supported by PokerTracker 4, as the network went down.... so if you use pt4 hud on starlive/enet, you shouldn't update pt4
