Yes, everything checks out.
In general people cbet more than optimal and 70% is a rather sizeable cbet which makes it even less frequent than it usually is. When I added 2nd sizing for IP cbet (40% and 70%), it still wanted to cbet only 45% combined:

under Flop OOP betsizes, on Turn OOP what's the difference between "Bet Sizes" and "Donk Sizes"?

Hu-cash and hu-sng are the same game from math point of view. The strategy in both is the same. The differences appear in 3+ handed games.

I am talking about it in the 1.9 release video:
http://piosolver.myshopify.com/blogs...er-1-9-release
(starting at 1:15)

Donkbet is a bet after check-calling previous street. A normal bet is either after betting previous street or after check-check.

Can you lock just one hand instead of the entire range?

3 handed is waaaaaay different, probably not possible if I understand the way pio runs (minimising the EV of MES) correctly.

It is possible although it's not easy without some abstractions. Maybe it's also not that useful. Nice thing about HU is that an equilibrium is a very good strategy (guarantees you won't lose) but in multiway poker it's not like that anymore. Even if we ignore collusion (not necessarily intentional) there are practical considerations. If you are in the game in the first place there are likely some weaker players in it as well. Their strategy could render the Nash equilibrium useless because there is so much to win by adjusting (and again their weak play might have collusive effect which makes you lose playing the equilibrium).

That being said it's an interesting project but there are other interesting things as well and only so much time

What things are/will you working on ATM punter11235?
It is hard to see how pio could be better! great job!

Hi,

I solved a preflop Spot and saved it as an "very small tree". Now I wanted to create some preflop Charts, but when rounding them I get the error message "round_up_to can't do that on incomplete tree". Do I've to solve the spot again and save the full tree in order to use this tool? Would be cool if don't, because most analyzes I'm saving as small trees.

I am very happy with last changes in PIO. Especially with browsing preflop solutions via hotkey flop by flop with ctrl+arrows. Is it possible to add something like ctrl+PgUp/PgDn for third card? I imagine it will be not so much work, am I right?

Thanks for nice words about Pio
There are still many things to develop, sadly we won't have time to do all of them.

No need to round the solution itself. In the new 1.9 release there is an option to round when creating preflop charts, I talk about it a bit here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zLGpcZavxeQ (see video description, preflop charts part starts @22:06)

Noted. Those things are not much work alone but we get hundreds of such small interface improvement suggestions and it's just not possible to implement all of them.

Anyway I can pay for pio with bitcoin? If not seems like something to consider could add some extra sales. Either way really awesome software you have here.

Not right now although we may add it in the future as I see CoinBase is now available in our country and BrainTree works with that. It will not happen in the nearest future though.

Hi. Im interested in possibly buying this product. You say that even a modest hardware can run PIO. "'most trees with one bet size fit in 500MB-4GB range''

Does this mean that if I have an 8GB laptop, I can only store up to 2 results?

I would like to save several results on my pc. Is this possible?

Thanks!

500MB-4GB refers to RAM which is needed to solve the tree.
When saving the trees its' recommended to make a small save (flop + turn) which is about 100x smaller than that. You can browse the whole tree even from a small save (the solver recalculates rivers on the fly when you browse which is nearly instant).

I don't think there are any laptops with 8GB of storage space, you probably have one more and you will be able to store thousands of trees if needed.

We are shipping 1.9.1 update:
http://piosolver.myshopify.com/blogs...bugfix-release

It will be available for all in about 24 hours. I am leaving on vacation so the support will have more delays as usual.

IMPORTANT: If you updated yesterday and the scripts don't work for you please update again (using force update checkbox) tomorrow where the fix is in, the updating instructions are available in the video linked in the blog post.

Can anyone quickly look at something for me - on youtube PIOSolver have an official vid up here by Aze Gallo which is described as CO v BB.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jk4kWoA6UuI

As you can see, the BB range which should be on the left (OOP) is uncapped - are the ranges not the wrong way around?

By a very quick look, isn't it CO vs BTN? (then IP range doesn't contain the strongest hands as they 3bet preflop not call).

Yes.
