When running a script, do ERRORs cause the solver to move on to the next flop or does the solver halt after encountering an ERROR?

I was running a script and noticed the following
and my PowerShell window has not progressed in the past ~15 minutes, so I believe Pio has stopped solving.

You can download the free version and check it yourself (it solves Qs Jh 2h flop) but I went ahead and made some simple configs for you with the following conditions:

-starting pot 55
-stacks 2950
-wide 6max ranges (BTN vs BB)

Now:
1)Your bet sizings with one raise size (3x) and no donk bets at all: 7.5GB
2)Your bet sizings with one raise size (3x) and no donk sizes on turn/river: 10.5GB
3)Your bet sizings with one raise size (3x) and donk bets included (one size): 12.7GB
4)Your bet sizings with one raise size (3x) and donk bets included with your sizings (so 3 sizings on turn/river): 16GB

5)as above but 3x and 5x raise sizes everywhere: 32.7GB

As long as you keep it to one raise size only you should be able to add even more bet sizes (it will take very long time to solve though).

When I don't answer your email it might be for the following reasons:
1)I missed it (very rare but it happens)
2)I don't know what to answer and need a few more days, sometimes a week or so
3)You have sent a duplicate and I answered one of the previous emails

Feel free to send a follow-up email after 2-3 days because at that point it's very likely 1)is the case.

This specific example won't work though as you would be removing all options for the OOP player (and thus cutting the whole tree).

1)Use "ignore memory check after the first tree is done" checkbox when generating script.
2)The script in fact stops when it encounters an error; you can close it and run it again (Tools->load script and choose your script) it will skip over already done trees.

Hello, this may be an obvious question but how is the range EV for a position calculated?

It looks like PioViewer runs only the calc_ev command but I can't figure out how that maps to the single (raked) EV shown in PioViewer.

Hello, I need to run multiple scripts in a short period of time and have a couple questions
how many scripts can I set to run at the same time?
could you recommend the configurations a server should have for me to do it? What it must have? for example, If I choose 256gb ram could I run 5 - 6 at the same time? getting a better processor would make a huge difference? etc...

sorry if the questions are too broad, my idea is to run a lot of pre and postflop spots and save them full (till the river) so I can run reports and train on them

any help find a direction on what server I can rent to get started is appreciated

I missed something between browser and app, I fixed already ty mate.

The numbers for averages appear once there is enough space for minimum sized font. Please make the window bigger and/or move the bar between 13x13 area and the button to the right.

You should also check "refresh on new selection" and "square size proportional to weight" checkboxes. Those make browsing the solution much more pleasant.
As many as you want although be aware that when they run in parallel they need RAM for their trees at the same time.

More RAM -> bigger trees or more trees at the same time.
Better CPU -> faster solving

We don't really recommend anything specific. There are a lot of providers (online.net, OVH, Contabo to name a few) with ever changing offerings and their own support teams.

I get the "viewer is not connected to the solver" error. I previously had a different server and used pio and the same registration key. Trying to get back into pio now so I have a new server Im setting up but I disabled the firewall and antivirus still no good. When I try to run "PioSOLVER-edge" by itself like I think is recommended a black window pops up for a second then vanishes.

Please help, last time when I got a server and started using pio Im pretty sure I just autoconnected the solver and the viewer all I had to do was click pioviewer and I was good to go.

My piosolver is prompting me for an activation key suddenly even though I've been using it for years and used it a couple days ago with no problems. If I input my activation key again it says that the key is already in use. Any solutions? My computer crashed recently (but I could still use pio afterwards) which I assume is the cause of this but surely there must be a fix. I'm using windows 7

While doing nodelocking on piosolver, sometimes instead of my range it says "Text too long to show (but you can still copy the range text to clipboard)" as shown in the image below (look bottom left).

The problem is that if I copy the range like that and then I paste it, it doesn't really paste my range properly.

Any solution so I can copy paste the range when it shows that message in piosolver?

It's a value of how much a player is expected to make from that point. If it's this player's turn or not doesn't matter at all.

You can't as 98%+ of the information is gone already. You can browse a small tree as it's a full one (as the branches you enter are recalculated on the fly) but if you need a full tree for some reason you need to recalculate it from scratch.

I run a script with a stop calculation when solution reaches 0.5% of pot accuracy but I notice that it seems to loop again and again with the first flop.

This rarely happen on some trees.

Can you try installing it in C:\PioSOLVER? Is there any 3rd party antivurs running?
Installing the free version won't work. You need to run the installer and choose the versoin you have the key for.

i deactivated and activated on a another device. then i deactivated on 2nd pc and activated on my own and it works now lol . but ty for help
