We need to make this thing betting right though.

On flop 100 in the pot, villian bets 50. If I click my 50% button, it suggest that I should bet 75, but that is NOT 50% pot bet. 50% would be (100 + 50 + 50)/2 + 50 = 150, making it 100 more for villian to call.

Fix this pretty plz

Yes, go to the betting keys tab, then in Multi purpose keys Check/Fold, c, f. That will advance check/fold if it's there, if it isn't, advance fold - then if no advance buttons are there it will press check, if that's not there it will fold.

okay I had already done that but it is not advance folding. i am using your spade theme you had on your site. does that have something to do with it not working?

TBH it's all the same to me so I'm happy to go with the consensus. At present the formula is eg-

Key is 75 % and the pot is $10 and you have $2 to call your bet will be $11. - formula ((Pot + amount to call) x 75 %) + amount to call. (12 x .75) + 2

So you are suggesting a 50% bet is pot plus 50% of the pot?

Either way we'll all reach a consensus once and for all lol. Which keys do you believe should work that way?

What layout are you using - if it's the new layout you need to turn off Mini Blackjack in the Party Lobby (preferences) - and set your chat to dealer actions for the betting as well.

Oh ok, if you have the mod I assume it's classic. So in general settings, layout, you have it on classic?

Im saying that you call villians bet before you calculate % of pot, you need to add the call to this % to get the number that goes into the box

The BP is for Bet Pot. Some guys like the straight % and then to wind the mouse so I made it optional. So that converts it to the Bet Pot formula.

Do you play only one limit? If yes, you can use the Fixed Bets on the betting keys tab. I was thinking about changing the fixed bets to BB's the other day actually - I think it makes them a lot more useful so now that you've asked I'll do that as soon as I can- next day or two.

another thing that seems to happen is it puts my bet into the bet box but does not change the number in the gold box.

Yeah I've had a go at getting those to change but they wouldn't co-operate- I'll take another crack at them. Are you wondering if it still bets the amount in the bet box? If so, yes it does.

That is correct, it should bet 150.

The formula EZCash uses is ((Pot + amount to call) x (%)) + amount to call

and it is correct as well. in cookie's example, when villain bets 50, the Pot becomes 150 and that's the number that goes into the formula. So we get: (150 + 50) x 0.5) + 50 = 150.
I wonder why it bets 75 for cookie...

He didn't have the BP box ticked, so 50 % of 150 is 75. At first I thought he had it on and still thought it was wrong, just a misunderstanding. That's why I thought it was going to lead to a discussion, ie, he was putting forward a whole different formula entirely

After suffering major computer failure I have re-installed everything from scratch. I followed the download link for users registered before xx and I can get everything to work that I used before except for the preset bet amounts appearing in the box. I have made sure that preset bets are ticked etc, however I do notice a brief flicker and I think the amount may be appearing in the bet box but then it resets to 0. This is driving me insane - I have been using this program for months and it was working perfectly and in 2 days I cant figure out what is going wrong. Does anyone have any ideas?

Have you just installed Party again also? If so, you'll need to set your chat to 'Dealer Actions' on one of the tables and if you use the new Party Layout you'll need to turn off 'Mini Blackjack' in the Party Lobby. Let me know if that helps or not.

There is an update to the Beta, 2-4M. Starting to tidy up a bit after adding the new things. The speed is noticeably improved. Also added the Fixed Bets in BB's. Also added something to keep the code verification window active for better typing if you have the mouse above it.
