I had the same troubles as the guys who have posted above. So I downloaded and installed your latest update unfortunately I still have the same problem? I presume I don't have to delete the older version before installing the new one? Other than installing the new version is there anything else I need to do to get it working again?

Have a look on the title bar and see if the version number is the same as the new one.

If it is, open a table and have a look at your chat box setting - confirm it is set to Dealer Actions (with chat). Sometimes an update resets this setting.

Also confirm Party EzCASH is running as an administrator -

right click shortcut/properties/compatibility/always run as administrator.

Re SNG Opener,

Getting some emails from SNG players.

Obv the SNG Opener has been rear ended by the update - but I'd like to get something together. There are several challenges though and it will make it easier if you guys answer some questions so I don't need to play a SNG every time I need to know something.

The challenges are obviously the lobbies, plus the fact that you can register for > 18, plus the fact that SNG's have no number meaning that the opener has no way to know what you registered for. So, initial questions....

What happens if you have 18 tables running and a new one starts, is there a popup saying you can't play? Screenshot please if you see this.

What about the lobbies, what do we do there? My thought was to register using the register now button (so a lobby never opens) and then just instantly close it when it opens. Obviously going to be windows opening everywhere but what can I do?

Post about any issues you see and give screenshots of new popups etc.

You'll have to be patient, this isn't an update situation, it's almost a new program.

I suggest you guys all post in the internet poker thread asking for a 'never open SNG lobbies' option in preferences.

So 'auto choose seat' is no longer possible right? ie Party picks your seat?

BTW, on the window moving TAB there is a Tournament Lobby section so that you can stack them on top of each other. There is also a hotkey to scroll through them. If someone can confirm this works for SNG it would be good.

Lol WTF, you still get entered into the SNG and get blinded off?

Seems like from the ones I played they no longer ask if you want a tournament summary sent, correct?

This update also contains features from the Beta version that has been tested throughout this year. It will require your attention/settings if -

• you use the plan 2 stacker
• you use 'actions directed to focused table' in the highlighting planning TAB.

Refer to the help in each section for instructions.

Plan 2 can be used in the same way as before but now has additional slots, some new hotkeys, plus each stack will bring the most urgent table to the top in that stack

'actions directed to focused table' has some new features making it easier to browse other windows while playing poker as well as some extra cycling options.

So is v.6-4-A1 (main DL page) and 6-4-52 (beta page) the same software now? If not which one should I be using as the "up-to date" software?

Option to close certain SNGs (DON, coinflip etc) is gone because of change in method of registration. Perhaps something to check the tournament type before auto registering could work instead?

FYI I noticed that the "my tournaments" tab seems to keep SNGs in there after you bust out. I.e. if you but in 5th in a SNG it stays in the my tournaments tab until the SNG is over.

Just seen that once you are KO from a SNG it goes yellow in the my tournaments window. HOWEVER you have to close and re-open this window for it to update

Yes they are. It just depends how many alterations I need re if there needs to be a Beta.
I'm going back and forth trying to find something that is simpler than doing it manually TBH. The difficulties are -

1) There is no tourney number on display in the looby - this means there is no way to determine if the displayed SNG in the lobby has been registered for. The only sign is that if you highlight the relevant row, the register button in the lobby says 'unregister'. This would mean endlessly flipping through the list to see if the button says unregister - we know the lag problems with this, basically the list would need to be checked every 20 seconds.

2) The issue allowing you to register for more than 18 is a nightmare. Particularly for me as the owner - there is going to be people who don't read the instructions and register for 22 SNG's and lose 4 buy-in's, then email saying 'bro, you owe me 4 buy-in's'.

If you have any ideas I'd like to hear them - it's not a problem for me to do the work on it, more just a matter of coming up with a decent solution.

Found a solution to fixing the auto SNG Opener, will be something up within 1-3 days....

SNG Opener 2-B-Beta_2

Beta page is linked on the front left side of the main web page. Updated Help file is in the GUI.

Hasn't had much testing, a few of the guys that play a lot of SNG's a trying it so leave it a few days if you want to pass on the early testing.

Best to use the Beta for Party EzCASH that is on the same page as it has a few accompanying changes built in.

SNG Lobbies MUST be kept open while registering (best to just leave them open because Party re-opens them at the end of the SNG - auto close SNG's in Party EzCASH also closes the completed lobby).

ID row must be showing in the lobby (see help). This setting seems to reset every day

I suggest using 'window moving' in Party EzCASH to get the lobbies to stack into the same place on your screen. That section has a hotkey that you can scroll through them with. You can place the stack of lobbies off your screen somewhat if you prefer.

A few warnings. Party now allows you to register for more than 18 games even though only 18 can open! This means that you will be dealt into the 19th game when it starts but game won't open on it's own when you bust from another SNG. This is why the 'registered' lobbies are needed to keep a running total. I've built in a warning window that tells you if the amount of running + registered games is above 18 - that could only happen though if you registered for one manually without opening the lobby so don't do that!

Do you mean Party EzCASH or the SNG Opener? Party EzCASH has a free trial that works on $1 SNG's and 1/2 cent cash or play money. The SNG Opener was broken by the recent Party update so I'm doing some repairs on that, will be a few days before it's back to normal...

OK, you'll have to wait probably around a week. You might know that they just changed the rego method for SNG's, so a couple of the guys that play a lot of SNG's are trying out the changes to the Opener each day or so and then I try some new things. So it will probably be going well after a week or so of trying various methods. The Opener comes free with Party EzCASH BTW, you don't have to buy it on it's own. I'll post a link for a trial you can test on some $1 SNG's once I think it's working back to normal...

Hey, I just installed 6_4_A2 and neither fixed bets nor action hotkeys are working (for tournaments). The betting amounts are being entered by Ezcash into the chatbox. I have dealers actions with chat selected. Remind me, does changing my screename affect Ezcash behavior in any way?

edit: the problem may be isolated to only the tournament I already had running before installing the update as another tourney that started after the install seems to be fine.

Just entered the daily dollar and it seems fine to me. Tried both of those.

What was the chat box tab set to i.e was it hidden, or just showing the actions/notes etc....?

Were preset bets fine?

The other possibility - have you not played for a while, opened a few tables then realized it wasn't on dealer actions? Because if you did that, the only table that changes is the one you changed - you have to do it with only one open or change all of them.

Mate I haven't forgotten you, the guys are using the SNG Opener beta and it seems to be working fine - but I saw a complaint from a Party player to which Party_Rep replied that the programmers are currently making some changes - so I thought I'd give it a week to see if those changes come quickly as I'll need to rebuild it again most likely.

One of the guys I talk to is using the beta for 18 tables and says it's working fine - just that all of these lobbies are a PITA, hopefully they will rectify this.
